Have the brown thrasher chicks fledged?  Haven't seen the nest on the rewind for a couple days.

Quiet day at the North's valley.  The eagle nest is barely visible from the ground with all the leaves.

Several days ago, I posted pics of MrN perching in a creek tree, so they are still around. If you go to the North nest archive here in the Forum, you'll find pics from previous summer(s) to get an idea of activities.

Check the rewind for this morning!  The unhatched egg has been moved to the edge of the nest, not sure when or how.
About 7:30 AM, MrN perched for a while on branch directly above the nest.  When the camera zoomed in on him, a hummingbird zipped in for a second.  See on the right of MrN in the pic.  What an amazing size difference.   ;D
The cattle were out early morning, too.  It's very hazy, either still wildfire smoke from Canada or just foggy.
