At 1543 mom left to go get a meal when dad came in and the one little one got dragged over by the front of the nest box.


Dad was concerned, but didn't seem sure what to do and did get over the other ones to keep them warm.  The little egg tooth on the one trying to hatch kept coming in view.




Mom got back and did a feeding, most of which the one was still out there and looked like it was trying to work its way back to the rest.  It did make it back over.

Interesting.  At 1705 mom came in and reached over by dad and got him to leave, then pulled the egg over by her.




After dad left she gathered the egg and littles close to her.
