The cam hasn't been on for a few days.  Just saw this notice when I opened it............

Wow she was feeding the crew and dad flew in with another bird.  She just grabbed it away from him and he left.

AND IT WAS BANDING DAY!!!!

They were having a nice meal and the plywood started slowly moving across the front of the nest box so no one could accidently jump out.  Mom made sure she left before it closed.




You can see the tops of the alien heads behind the nest box...


Turned the cam for the other great news!!!!


The cam got cleaned!!!!!!

CONTINUED.....
The chicks were returned and the plywood slowly slid off the front of the nest box with a broom and hand making sure no one fell out...




Back to normal and only took a few minutes for mom to be sure all was well...




They got a meal including the earlier leftovers...
