I too thought U-09 acted like a female and that
Newman responded in kind.

U-09 is busy molting this month.  Will she have adult plumage at the end of her summer molt?

Looks like we're missing the Blue Angels today and tomorrow.  They're on the flyway cam but not as good a view as we got from the cliff cam before.

Per John Howe this afternoon!

"We lost our fiber network cable to the end of the bluff several weeks ago in a wind storm.  The replacement cable that we got and installed did not work so we ordered a second and it should be here this coming week.  We are hoping to get everything back up and going before Thursday this week."
