I made it to the bank today, and the monitor was black.    I did get a falcon at the church this afternoon.

I hope this link works, I have a hard time with links and photos on these forums.

This morning (5/18) I spent on my balcony watching the La Crosse falcon nest.  I see at least two babies.  They were fed while I was watching.  The parents were very active this morning.  Changing watch, soaring above then handing off the babies food.

Thanks for the update!!!  Wow to have the view you do this time of year.    Sadly I got the message "502 Bad Gateway" on the pictures, but thanks for trying!  Depending where the pictures are, do you have to share them and it gives you a link?  I tried posting some from my google photos and forgot to share the album with anyone with the link and couldn't do it.

Over Memorial Day weekend, I definitely saw 3 babies while being fed.  Also, the parents were really on guard over the weekend, directing multiple eagles out of the fly zone.

Is banding at the bank still scheduled for June 3rd?

Oh thank you!!!!  I'm not positive on the banding.

I was able to watch the banding today at the US Bank building.  Names are Lulu, Belle, and Norah (I think).  I also asked about the camera and the building people said they are still working on it.

I'm not sure compared to last year, but it seems like a lot look big to me this year.

La Crosse Falcon update

June 22 weekend - the kids were stretching their wings out in the nest, but had not ventured out to the edge.

June 24 - July 3 - I was traveling

July 3-4 - saw 2 kids on the church steeple, and one parent at the bank, then at the church

July 5 - we were out walking and a parent and 2 kids flew over us

July 6 - could hear the falcons but could not see them

Today, July 7 - 2 kids flying around a lot this morning

Have only seen one parent and 2 kids at a time since I’ve been back from the trip.  Hoping the 3rd kid is okay.
