This is the BEST lemon blueberry cake out there. Between the fluffy moist lemon cake, the sweet blueberries, lemon curd, and the lemony mascarpone whipped cream frosting this cake is pretty hard to beat.

TSK

If the system is telling you that you have TPM 2.0, that means that it is also turned on.
Microsoft has an app, that needs to download and then run to verify if your computer meets the requirements for WIN 11

Go to 'settings' - 'Windows Update' - on right side column click on 'Check hardware requirements'

This brings up a web page that lists all of the minimums - scroll down to bottom and in the blue banner, click on 'Download PC Health Check App' - save file to location of your choice and then run file.  It will tell you if your computer meets requirements or if not, what requirements are not meet.  You may need to click on a highlighted word for Show All to view the list of items that meet the requirements.

If you meet all requirements, you can upgrade at any time - caution - backup all data files that reside on the C drive - other drives should not be effected.
You have up to 30 days to revert back to Win 10 if you have a problem with peripherals, such as printers/scanners/add on boards.  This allows you to update any devices that do not work properly, before reloading Win 11 or replace computer.

Clynn, sweet feeding for SWFL eaglets by parents. Hopefully, more sleeping and eating for little ones, less time for snapping at each other.  ;D

Tsk, The Scottsdale's Trader Joe's parking set up is small as well, and store is packed wall to wall. Especially at the holidays.

Lisa, love the red mittens and mug full of yummy goodness.

SED Phyl, thanks for RRP blog.... the Flyaway does look cold and dreary... A nice deep nest for the Decorah North family.  :-*

{{{Puff}}} I hope you feel better soon. Take care.

Kb, glad Chris is feeling well and able to help you with the snow. I was going to post earlier this morning after I posted Oma's b'day post. But then, cable line was interrupted again.
It happened twice last week, 6 hours of no wifi, cable and landline. It wasn't maintenance. It was only 4 hours today.

Baz, I noticed a while ago Oma isn't listed, either is Lilbro and I haven't heard from Neva. She hasn't returned emails since March. Funny weatherman, perfect warning! LOL!

Lisa, I didn't know Oma passed.  :'( We'll remember her on her birthday.

Tsk, Christmas wrapped cat. My boys would put up with that.

Hi Lori, beautiful birthday post for Oma :-*

Oldguy, Thanks for all you do. Your instructions to Tsk are helpful.  :)

Hi Karen, Tig

Good Morning Beakers!

Lani, our Trader Joe's has a small parking area as well! And you can hardly move inside, especially now!  There are certain stores that are packed during the Christmas season, Home Goods is another one. I love looking around in there but it's a mess! Is your internet still with Suddenlink? Wonder what the main problem is? And how is Mike doing?  Sweet good night kitty...

Phyl, thanks for Amy's Blog, good reading, the Norths are a sweet couple! Wonderful about the Bald eagle officially being named the National Bird!  I, like most, thought it already was!

oldguy, you are a Jack of All Trades! You know a lot about a lot of things!

Lori, very pretty female Cardinal! I think the females are beautiful and seeing a pair together is a treat!

Lisa, I wonder what the cost would be to replace your bridge... Off subject but I found an article that listed all the billionaires in the world as of 12/18. There were 2,773 total with Elon Musk at the top with 464 billion and Sam Bankman-Fried at the bottom with .08 billion (and in prison for 25 years because of it). I hoped there was a total of $$$ at the end but no.

tsk, yes, the cat wrapping video is a must every year! I just cannot imagine any of the cats I have had just sitting there like that one!!

View from the nest shows the train speeding by...I can just hear the  'thump' of the wheels on the track.
Hopefully our pair are out hunting or better yet  soaring the skies and stretching their wings.

tsk, here is the Bloomberg list I was looking at, it tells what country they are from and what their income is from. If you add all the Walton's net worth together I think they would be right up there or maybe even higher than Elon Musk! You can sort this list a few ways, including women!   https://www.forbes.com/real-time-billionaires/#75b8bd953d78

Puff, glad to hear the youngest eaglet is giving it back!

Phyl, great pic of the Trempealeau Eagles nest, I love the sound of a train in the distance. When I am in bed at Mom's, I hear a train blowing its whistle in the wee hours of the morning. When Erin was in soccer when he was 6, the soccer field was right next to tracks, and when a train went by all the little kids would freeze on the field to watch the train go by. It was so cute! Two more pictures that are perfect for puzzles! Thanks! And that food tray looks delicious!

In 1954, the Brooks family of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, made headlines for a heartwarming and unusual reason. After thirteen daughters, the family welcomed their only son, Leslie Benjamin, into the world, bringing a mix of joy and surprise. The birth of a boy after so many daughters was a rare occurrence, capturing the curiosity and affection of their community. Newspapers across the country reported this story, not only because of the family’s unusual dynamic but also due to the endearing reactions of Leslie's thirteen sisters, each one eagerly embracing her new baby brother.

During the 1950s, large families were relatively common in the United States, yet thirteen girls in one household was remarkable. The Brooks family became emblematic of post-war America, where traditional family structures and values were celebrated, and the importance of family life was emphasized in media and popular culture. The family’s photograph, depicting Leslie surrounded by his adoring sisters, became a symbol of sibling bonds and familial love.
For Leslie, growing up with thirteen sisters likely meant a unique childhood filled with care and guidance. This distinctive sibling group probably shaped his life, teaching him resilience, cooperation, and a deep appreciation for family support. For his sisters, Leslie represented the cherished and long-awaited addition to their family, each one sharing a role in nurturing him.

Even today, this image from 1954 reminds us of the timeless themes of family, connection, and the joyful surprises life can bring. The Brooks family’s story continues to captivate history enthusiasts, symbolizing the warmth and values of an era gone by.

clynn - Thanks for the background/heads-up.  Holidays, decorations, cooking, traveling, obligations galore = bad timing.  And here I sit on my a$$. . . I'll get there I know. Thanks all for caring ears and hearts.  It's great to have you all.

How about that family.  Was there anymore? No. 15?

TGIF Beakers!
Hi Eagles4, Lisa, Ezee, Eburg, Weasel, Jilltosa, Kb, Tsk, Karen, Oldguy, Puff, Eaglesrock, Emyrauld, Lilbro, Blschue, Lori, Clynn, Tig, Baz, Phyl, Peep, Jaspurr, Pink, BL, Bggolden, T40, ssrl, Maxie, Nrstooge, Paulie, jicaji, LB, and All!

Clynn, Love the hanging Christmas snowglobes.... Mike has been in Louisiana all week and returning late today. He's going to stop at Costco's on the way home. It'll be crazy shopping the Friday before Christmas... Suddenlink was bought out by Optimum three years ago. We still have one fiber optic cable run by one company... we need another option when the line is cut.... I wonder how the Brooks Family are doing today. Can you imagine how many grandchildren and great grandchildren that's on that family tree.  :)

{{{Puff}}} glad to hear SWFL little guy is keeping older sib alert! Good for the young one, I wonder if it's a Little Gal!  ;D

Tsk, I'll be done today.... how is your Christmas list doing, almost done? :)

Phyl, Yummy breakfast tray!  ;D ... I didn't realize the Trempealeau Eagle's was near a train track. Reminds me of Iris and her view of the trains traveling by.
