I've spent the last 3 months compiling this list just for next Monday. I think you'll find it most informative and interesting.
Have fun!

The total solar eclipse on Aug. 21, 2017, was photographed from Madras, Oregon. The black circle in the middle is the Moon.
Surrounding it are white streams of light belonging to the Sun’s outer atmosphere, called the corona.

Good Morning Beakers!

Phyl, another good 365, bird and pinecone silhouettes... What a wonderful video by Emily Tope, brings back so many memories from years past! Cute stick boy with the umbrella! I guess that's what they might be called...  ;D  Oh no, you caught the cold from Jim?  Do you usually have a fever with a cold? it sounds like a little more than a cold? Take care girl, that's an order...   Thanks for all the info on the eclipse! I will read it later this morning!

Lani, beautiful sunset, hope you have a good day today! It's been chilly and damp here too. Waiting for the sun to break out!

E4E, Ed was feeling better yesterday afternoon, hopefully he will be back to normal this morning!

oldguy, good video of the work on the bridge, what a HUGE mess. One can only fathom the size of the container ship when you realize each one of those containers is the size of a semi trailer! The bridge looked like matchsticks when it was falling but up close you can see how big these steel pieces really are.

karen, hoping and praying Piper is fine this morning, glad you called Dr. Hall!

tsk, we had a drizzly day yesterday though no real rain. No snow in the forecast here! But the warm next weekend that was in the forecast is gone, now in the 50s instead of the 70's. Maybe it will change again!

baz, great family pictures, it's fun trying to keep all the kids and nieces, sisters, etc straight! You have a wonderful family, love how you all keep in touch and share pictures! Reminds me that I need to call my Texas sister today!

Lisa, I would not like your bridge in yukky weather! I am going to spend a week with Mom, leaving on the 13th, returning on the 21st. So far no rain in the forecast, I hate driving in the rain, this will be my first trip since my eye issue.  I think I will have to keep my left eye covered up for the drive.

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

PHYL  Had the same cold a month ago.  Zicam shortens it I think.  It's the fever that gets to you  HUGS  I thought the video was really good on the eclipse.  May catch some of the others at lunch.. Thanks

OLDGUY  Congrats to Iowa - Good game.  ;D  Will finish the bridge story at lunch.

CLYNN  Love the vases of fresh flowers  :)  We also have the change for next weekend - 50's instead of 60s  :(  You are very brave to drive those 8 hours.  Patch is a good idea but your brain has had some time to adapt.  Do you see any difference?

Good Morning Beakers

Another rainy day here, and tomorrow is not looking any better.

tsk - So glad to read that all the pups did well.

karen - Glad to hear that Piper is doing OK.

Phyl - Oh no, I hope you feel better soon!  Thanks for the info on eclipse.  Heard on the news this morning, that they were going to try and lift and move the heaviest piece of the bridge.  Not sure when that is supposed to happen.

oldguy - WTG Iowa!!

E4E - Thanks, we did.   :)

clynn - Love the flowers in the colored bottles.  Yes, driving on the bridge in the yucky weather is not fun.  Are you driving my yourself?  Please be careful.

{{{Phyl}}} I'm sorry, feel better soon, sending hugs and prayers... thank you for the information on the Solar Eclipse. A lot of work when you don't feel well.  :-* ... Mike's company boss sent out a Solar Eclipse box last week. It was filled with snacks while waiting to see eclipse, a t-shirt, coffee mug, etc... very funny box. The boss has given that day off to everyone... sweet nature video and thanks for RRP blog update.
