PUFF   Lots of breakfast variety for you.  ;D   I eat peanut butter on toast at least 2-3 times a week  ;D

BAZI   Do you use a pedometer of any kind?  I bet you did 10,000 steps today.  Get a good night's sleep. :-*    I just notice that Sam has a really brown muzzle and Sophie is much whiter all over.  Took down my puzzle table after I finished the last puzzle for this winter.
Now will do more reading and crocheting which has taken a bit of vacation.   Did get a group text going and we have a girls date for Mar 18th  YAY  Barb in Fl will miss that one.     ROTFL   " put my chocolate in my bed"  That is perfect.  Out of the mouth of babes.  Did she?  LOLOL

KAREN    Think you definitely feel the loss of someone you knew from years ago and kept up with than to hear that a classmate passed.   We are definitely sending a lot more condolence cards  :-\ ???    Were you alone at Publix or did helper come too.  Either way the walk was amazing.  I've been in a Publix...big

CLYNN   That's the kind of snow event I like.  Great pics of the bday.  Who did that amazing cake and cookies.    Small correction:  Erin and Sidney are not just coming to Chicago for an auto show.  They are coming for THE auto show.  Biggest in the country.  You'd easily put on 10,000 steps there.  Are they looking for a new car?

Good Morning Beakers!

Phyl, very interesting story of the Acoustic Kitty, the Spy cat. I think any cat person could have told him it wouldn't work, LOLOL! Cats do what they want, when they want.  Temp is 6 right now, high 37 today with abundant sunshine and a bit windy. Temps going up, up up. I see come 60's in the 10 day!  What a unique treehouse!

Lani, you and Mike have a safe trip to the Valley this morning! I will be rooting to the Jayhawks for him!  Another adorable Dude, at the Spa!

tsk, how right you are! I looked up THE Car Show, WOW! Erin has always been smitten with cars! So the puzzle season is over? It will soon be Spring, what is on your list for March?

Well Winter Storm Miquel was definitely an over achiever in a narrow swath across east-central PA and central NJ.  :o

We got maybe 2-3" here in north NJ which is what was forecast.

These very early preliminary snowfall amounts caught many communities off guard this AM I'm sure.
Some of these total snowfall amounts will rise even further later today I assume.

Some of these snow amounts are well above what was forecast even late last night, double in some places.   ::)
The whole system trended further north at the last minute and the temps fell faster than predicted.

Alberta Clippers are known to be like this however.

GOOD CATURDAY MORNING EVERYONE

PHYL   Do love that tree house.  Don't know which cable channel it is but there is a show where they build tree houses $$$$$   Acoustic Kitty - What were they thinking???

LANI    SAMSON   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D   What an obedient dog to get dressed up like that

CLYNN   Cat peeking into mouse house  ;D   March is the transitional month  LOL  Up for grabs.  Our shawl ministry is pretty low on inventory - wish we had more contributors .  We have a meeting on the 26th ( none since Nov due to holiday and ice storm) so hope
we get a few more turned in.  So I will be doing more crochet.

BL   That's a big storm  :o

Monkey and bird are best buds!

Morning all...

Took yesterday off with heat and ice to my neck all day long....worked wonders.
Neck was sore from heavy shoveling. Normal today.

Me too KB. It was weird. I felt pretty good when I got up but as I exercised in the pool I started to really feel all those shoveling muscles...

It was weird!...am thinking primarily we haven't used those muscles most of this season!. And then, at least

here, it was 7 inches. I typically hold back and call Andrew to plow if over 4, but since hadn't done it most of  the year and I did mine in 2 plus different sessions I thought I was okay. The tricky part I think was all that thick ice under the snow caught us by surprise throwing/heaving it.

Yep. Did I mention? I jammed my arthritic thumb into the handle when I made a mighty shove and hit a high spot. Quick stop. Almost said a bad word. Note to self... surprises hide under deep snow. Had a brief nose bleed when I got vertical this a.m. Time to input liquids, I guess.

My weather no-no was backabout 3 weeks?  I'm OK .  HotRod isn't.  Backed out carefully down driveway, always being careful because of the brick decoration offset at the street.  Mostly being careful because of the trucks of the workers doing a LOT of extension/renovation of the home across the street.  Was a bit difficult making my exit because of that and the mound of snow at the end of the drive, on the street, pushed against the brick.  Yep, you're ahead of me, I didn't quite clear the snow.  No, I didn't hit the bricks.  Problem was that the pile of snow wasn't snow; it was about 1 foot of a chunk of ice.  I'll be getting an estimate to repair, maybe replace, the spoiler at the front.  I'm sure I was a bit disturbed by the daily obstacle of trucks.  MY BAD  Now, my bill.
