Flash's mate is an unbanded female.
She appears to be new.
She exploring the box and appears very suspicious of that light up top.

The nestbox roof seriously needs repair.

Its about egg time . .

Flash gifted Slash and she's eating it on the ledge of the nestbox -
while Flash is inside.  EGG?  We have no way to know.

Slash has a white slash / scar over her left eye

There is snow inside the box.

We wont know til a week after hatching, but here's a guess.

Slash doesnt wanna lay her egg in a box FULL OF SNOW!
She does NOT trust that light up top of box.

6.45 am she finally went inside box.
Judging ONLY by her action - it appeared she rolled egg then laid down on it to warm it.

6.53 am LOL - lil psycho is back in there again.
7 am  She flies off with a large food gift.

8 am  She's inside - maybe laying egg 2
if egg 1 was March 20, then it'd be time for egg 2

10 am  She is inside - and may be laying egg.

Flash was in there earlier.
He's a great Dad.

3 am  Mom Slash is perched on green, tucked and zzz.
There is no doubt there is at least one egg in there.

NOTE
A 2023 juvie with a white eyebrow showed up at GSB March 24.
Unusual marking.

I saw both inside, one left, female appeared to be feeding a hatched chick.
Saw her carry the bloody remains away.
