Eagles, Did Star have a good checkup?

Tig, Mike Rowe and Iguana, it's a dirty job but somebody's gotta do it!   ;D

Lisa, the King Cake looks so delicious!  ;D

Phyl, cute Coffee Wall Art. I'm always watching for critters big and small.  :) .. Lisa does take a great job capturing those special moments  ;) ;D

Tsk, "See No Evil" is on Discovery+ .. I don't think it's a safe time for seniors to go shopping from 11pm to 5am. I saw a sweet 73 year old woman who does a lot of volunteering at a homeless shelter, go to Walmart at 11:30pm to buy a few things, and then walk home which was a couple blocks away. Her killer was waiting for her when she walked away from the lighted area over the parking lot. 4 episodes involve people shopping late at Walmart.... There's no security guard or Walmart employees watching for safety purposes, only CCTV and that's after the crime. very sad. I often say prayer.

Clynn, You and Miss Bella had a busy day! She's such a cutie  :-*. ... yes, Hunks!  ;D
yes Royal Albatross mom (L) now leaves for a few days to eat and hydrate. Dad will feed baby from the food he has eaten these past days...

1/25 16:58.  L prepares to take-off, and by GLY’s sky call – more than ready to meet & greet his #RoyalCam chick.
The 1st change-over since SP arrived, there will be many, many more. Their focus will now be feeding their chick for the next 8 months (approx. 240 days).

video of dad gently touching SP and getting acquainted, and letting mom know all will be well. And mom quietly leaves to forage for food. So sweet  :-*

Good Morning Beakers!

Phyl, 5 here right now, high today 18. Brrr...  Yes, I remember square dancing! And the Virginia Reel! It was so much fun, the kids today are missing so much!  Nice to see the eagle couples together!  The Flyway looks deserted... like a white wilderness.

Lani, sweet video of the Albatross Mom & Dad changing places...they are such sweet and gentle birds! Beautiful sunset over Payson!

E4E, Bella's birthday is February 16th. Yes, it's hard to believe she will be 5. Where does the time go?

Act Biggy - So an elderly Italian man living alone in New Jersey wanted to plant his annual tomato garden, but it was very difficult work, since the ground was hard. His only son, Vincent, who used to help him, was in prison. The old man wrote a letter to his son and described his predicament:

Dear Vincent, I am feeling pretty sad, because it looks like I won’t be able to plant my tomato garden this year. I’m just getting too old to be digging up a garden plot. I know if you were here my troubles would be over.. I know you would be happy to dig the plot for me, like in the old days.  Love, Papa

A few days later he received a letter from his son.
Dear Pop, Don’t dig up that garden. That’s where the bodies are buried. Love,Vinnie

At 4 a.m. the next morning, FBI agents and local police arrived and dug up the entire area without finding any bodies. They apologized to the old man and left. That same day the old man received another letter from his son.

Dear Pop, Go ahead and plant the tomatoes now. That’s the best I could do under the circumstances. Love you, Vinnie

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

Good Morning Beakers

Morning tig and all  :)

Phyl - Great pics from the RRP cams.  Yum, on your cinnamon King Cake! Thanks for the link to the wall coffee art.  That is not a bad price.   ;)

Lani - The King Cake was very good.  Jeff would like the "See No Evil" that you are watching.  We have been watching Mayfair Witches on Starz.  It's based on the book, Lives of the Mayfair Witches by Anne Rice. Good show. Beautiful pic from Payson!  Thanks for the Royal update.

E4E :D

clynn - Great pics from Bella day!  Both of the King Cakes were the same flavor, Pralines & Cream.  Aww, the woodpecker home was saved! Hunks  :-*  LOL, the tomato garden story!  Those planters are adorable.

tsk -   :D It is really good.

Off to Bradley's in a lil while.  See ya this afternoon.

Hi Puff, Kb, Tig, Baz, Oldguy, LisaG, Lori, BL, T40, Lilbro, Pink & All

Clynn - forgot to say I liked how the woodpecker's house was taken care of!! ;D   Cute morning pic!  Yes, it is hard to believe that Bella will be 5 soon!! ;D      Lol! Act Biggy ;D

Lani - Star got a good report - her heart was good - she's just slowing down - she was prescribed a bottle of Gabapentin to give her some drops everyday to ease her arthritic discomfort.     Thanks for the albatross vid - cute!

Phyl - I remember square dancing in elementary school - but it was a girl's thing and then it was only once in a while.  It was really fun!!   Like the pic of HM & HD snoozing.   All good pics! ;D

Tsk - Cute gif this morning!  You obviously got your Mom's talent/skill for making things! :)

Everyone have a nice day.

Clynn luv the 'Good Morning' planters and all. You are 'Brrrr' today. Bundle up . Gosh! Seems like yesterday Bella was born.  :)
'ACT BIGGY"  LOL, LOL.

Tsk you have a chilly day yourself. I had cereal and hot coffee for breakfast--cute gif

Lisa yummie Good Morning today; guess you're crossing 'that' bridge to see 'the kids' , take care.

Eagles another good AM gif; Good report for Star  :-*,  wonder why Cosequin wasn't prescriped for arthritis. It must be severe.
Anyway---Dr. Steele prescribe Cosequin  for Maggie last year. I buy it from Amazon  about $25 for 55 max strength capsules to sprinkle, it's tasteless.

Lani thanks for albatross update/cute video;pretty Payson sunset

Kb  'Brrrr!' for you today as well. Yes. Good indoor day.  Awww darling snow leopard cub.  :-*

HI EVERYONE

PHYL  My Mom and Dad belonged to a square dancing group and Mom made all her dresses.  She had the hoop skirt frame too  LOL[/size]

My parents were part of an amature square dance group called 'The Merry Miners' that formed there at the mine. They had name badges, the shoes and all.
Dad wore the popular Western shirts with the pearl snaps a bolo tie, boots and the slim fit dress pants. Mom made all her dresses that were layered with petitie coats as was the tradition of square dancing. They met weekly and did local tours from time to time. I have a reel of 16mm film of them and the the group performing in our local recreation hall there at the community near the mine itself.
When the school had classes for the kids my mom (as she did with all my wardrobe) made me smaller versions of her dresses for our days when us kids cleared the class room and circled the desks and 'do-see-do' the afternoon away.   Us kids learned all the dances. Gosh springtime was fun.
