Lisa, another wonderful picture of Sydney, she is the cutest little baby, love the hair. I am partial to brunette babies, both of my sisters are blonde, I was the brunette, they call me 'the dark one'. Bandit is in love with Misty! They sure make a good couple, I am so happy they are getting along so well! Our Walmart is 3 miles away, and another one next to Sams, about 7 miles away.  No bridges to cross... :o :o

karen, you have really have some aggressive squirrels! The chipmunks cause more damage here than the squirrels do! They dig holes and also eat out of the bird feeders, along with the squirrels. Then here comes the rabbit and at night the raccoon and opossum!

tsk, I agree, cats definitely have their very own personalities!

E4E, that is just wrong, not to play one of the Beatles first hits! Here is some interesting information I found:
"I Want to Hold Your Hand"was the group's first American number-one hit, entering the Billboard Hot 100 chart on 18 January 1964 at number 45 and starting the British Invasion of the American music industry. By 1 February it topped the Hot 100, and stayed there for seven weeks before being replaced by "She Loves You". It remained on the Billboard chart for 15 weeks. "I Want to Hold Your Hand" became the Beatles' best-selling single worldwide, selling more than 12 million copies. In 2018, Billboard magazine named it the 48th biggest hit of all time on the Billboard Hot 100. In the UK, it was the second-highest-selling single of the 1960s, behind "She Loves You".

baz, the squirrels at Mom's are the smaller gray ones, mine are the big fat red ones.  Maybe it works at Mom's because they are smaller! They are still pretty clever, they really tried to get the feeder down!

Lani, I checked the Hellgate FB, they also think Iris has left for southern parts!  I missed hearing about Lupine, is he the one that came back several times? Maybe they are traveling together...You really do have a head start on those yellow jackets!

Phyl, awww, Maggie is the sweetest looking kitty... Her coloring is a lot like Honey's. She looks good! How old is she, I can't remember! Let her know she did a very good job posting for you!

T40, great videos, my faves were the dog and the banana and the howling dogs, and all the cat noises! Thanks!

Howdy! I'm back... ;D
I told Maggie that y'all said she was a good poster. Now she thinks she can do this all the time.  ::)
I  said 'I'll cogitate on it."  :P LOL

{{{Clynn}}}   :-* :-*Honey.   Many thanks for the backstory on 'I wanna hold your hand'.  Luv all the kitty posts.  Maggie is 22 yrs or  nigh on 100 cat years.
She does look really well for heart/BP and Osteoarthritis.  It's catching up with her---not yet. ;)
TSK I bet LuLu is perfect just as she is.  :-*  Maggie will always look like a kitten she was 4 mos when I got her and not completely weaned so she never grew much beyond that. She's my girl. I can't love her enough. OH yeaH  The Panasonic Blu-Ray is all connected and seems to work just fine. Now what to watch?

Lisa Oooohhh! Miss Sydney looks like she wants to say 'Guess what I've been doing?" LOL  Cutie.

E4E thanks for Delorean snap. Looks like a sweet ride.

Karen I wasn't gonna comment---I've 'kept' gray squirrels for 20 yrs and not one ripped up the feeder. Or anything else.  Now I've had racoons come up and vandalise the "H' out of my deck, tear up the feeder  and up root every potted plant!!! Every grain of dirt was on that deck wit the plants. Because the jar was out and empty. I've seen mana 'coon stick her clawed 'hand' inside the empty jar and look me in the eye and make a fist inside the jar. I kid you not!
I swear I' wanted to shoot them  from Mama to infant.  >:( >:( >:(  So now we bring the feeder jar in as a nightly ritual. Hacks off
Jim to no end. But tough! I'm not waking up to another deck looking like that one! Nope!

Lani use to have wasps and hornets until the hummers/BBs  became regulars. Even those  nectar wasps. Had a hummer and wasp duel it out one afternoon. Talk about 'high drama'!  I was so enthralled with the life/death battle I couldn't tear myself away to get the iPhone.  They were positioned like Ying and Yang with Hummer higher and wasp had it's butt and stinger pointed up at the hummer. Up/down-back/forth. Hummer always poised with that sword-like beak  to strike . It went on for 3 minutes. Then strike ! the hummer did right at the base of the wasp's skull. The insect  was impaled on the hummer's beak. Hummer flew to the deck rail and wiped the wasp off  there. As pretty as ya please flew back the nectar feeder and feasted.   ;) ;)

T40 Maggie says to watch your links later. I will knowing all are good. Thanks

I never know which it is 'Baz' or 'Bazi" But. Yes. Maggie's vision is fading and so is her hearing. So being considerate with her so as not to startled is rule of the day.     Just like w/ your Zippo.  ;)

Pizza Supreme with green salad a brew or red wine.
Jim said I'd like liverwurst the way Tsk fixes it---mustard. I bet Maggie would liverwurst too. I'll check w/ Dr. Steele as she has tiny issue w/her kidneys
Now that I've written another 'book'...

Eagles, what a fun night for you both! Great music even though they didn't sing "I wanna hold your hand." In my mind's eye, I can see the Beatles perform on Ed Sullivan Show on their first visit to the US, and they sang that song and She loves you!! Memories!  ... What a gorgeous car! It's a treasure  ;D

Lisa, sweet Sydney, does she have dimples?  ;D. She looks like she does, and oh those gorgeous eyes! Precious girl  ;D :-* .... You have a great feeding routine Bandit. Norman and Milo like the tsps. of can food several times a day too. Fancy Feast with gravy... and they get dry with that. Norman with his chicken. Yes, I spoil my boys.

Tsk, Lupine the osprey N6 is from Montana.

Clynn, great cat pics.

Phyl, interesting story about hummer and wasp. I haven't seen that battle here. Thank goodness..... gentle hugs for Miss Maggie.

Good night UQ! You'll be joining Manaaki and friends in the skies soon.   :-*

Good Morning Beakers!

Phyl, love the saying... Another beautiful day here, 57 now, high 76. Love this weather! Iam trying to imagine your deck after the raccoon invasion! Oh my, they can be destructive! Ed accuses them of roaming through his tomato plants. They used to come up on the deck, one year I swear a raccoon just sat in the middle of one of my prized coleus plants! Now they can't get on the deck! We don't see them very often, they roam the subdivision at night. Wow, I didn't remember that Maggie was that old! She is surely a testament to your good care! Yes, it's terrible the trash people toss into the ocean, along with the chemicals and all the other crap. And there's Bob!

Lani, oh Manaaki has fledged! Hopefully he will hang around the area for a little while! Such a beautiful area, I wouldn't want to leave it. But it's in the blood, out to the sea he must go!  He is still so downy, looks pure white from the front. I had to kind of chuckle at the picture of squid beaks! I would never have thought that a squid had a beak!

Sydney Sea Eagle Cam

In the countryside of Salem, Iowa, sits one of the most unique barns in the country. It's three stories tall, 50 feet across and 360 degrees all the way around.

RAIN, RAIN RAIN - through the night and all day today!

PHYL   For sure you want to keep the raccoons away  :o   Boy to witness that hummer/wasp interaction was being in the right place at the right time.

LANI   Manaaki reminded me  of a plane on a runway gradually moving up into position for clearance from the tower for take-off.  ;D   How sad about the plastic found in the bolus.  :(

CLYNN   LOLOL  I wondered too about squid beaks - but you left no question as to their presence - Who knew?

Good Morning Beakers....Happy Sunday!

Beakers....thank you all for the kind words on Sydney's pic.   :-*

E4E - Great pic of the DeLorean.  Does Kris get alot of Back to the Future comments and jokes about it when he brings it to the car shows?

tsk - You talked about her smile and smiling eyes.  Look at this face. She looks a lil too serious.  ;D

karen - I am happy to hear that your feeder didn't go far.  Poor Piper.

clynn - I tell Bradley all the time, Sydney has your hairline.  I can see it especially in the front.
I wish we did not have any bridges to cross.  They are trying an experiment for the next 3 week for the summer traffic next year.  The summer traffic gets off the RT 50 to get What we call the back road RT 18 and that gets you around to the bridge.  That eventually backup Rt 18, and no locals can get around, even the EMS & fire dept.  They are closing off 3 exits from Rt 18, that allow you to get on Rt 50.  If you try to get on RT 18, you will have to back track and get back on Rt 50 where you tried to enter Rt 18.  I know....confusing and TMI!  ;D

Phyl - Pizza supreme, is that like one with everything?  Those are my favorite.  Pretty morning greeting.

Lani - Awww, Manaaki off on this big adventure. Wow, the things they found in his diet.   :-\
I think Sydney does have dimples.  My mama noticed them in another pic where she was smiling.  Thanks for saying I have a great feeding routine for Bandit.  I was thinking maybe I didn't .

clynn - Love the flowerpot display with the tin cans.  Sydney kids are beautiful!  Cool barn.

tsk - Oh no, that's alot of rain.  I hope it is light and not a heavy rain.

Morning to all Beakers coming in....  :D

Lisa, Sydney looks like she is going to cry in a few seconds!  Do her pictures look like her daddy's baby pictures?  Not tmi on the traffic reroute butI cannot follow it!  Need a map to see 18!  Know  50 well.
