Lani - The Royal chick is adorable!

tsk - Aww, I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling any better.  Adorable pic of Lulu!

It's Caturday!

Blschue - {{Blschue}} for all that you are enduring right now.    I too am forgetful sometimes  :-[   Hope they are able to help you achieve clearer & better eye sight soon.

Lani - Thank you for posting link to watch the Albatross chick returned back to it's nest - quite a careful process - so happy for Mom & baby! :-*   So happy that Shannon came up for your birthdays and that all of you had a wonderful time celebrating with dinner & casino - sounds like Mike had some luck! :)

Phyl - The gif last night is a teddy bear(?) in bed.  I went back this morning and tried to find the same one and post it larger, but couldn't find it.   I always love the eagle cam pics - thanks!   Cute Caturday shames  ;D

Tsk - Sending good thoughts & wishes that your pain/discomfort eases soon and that you feel better.   Beautiful pic of Lulu - she looks happy & comfortable  ;D

Clynn - Glad you ran into your old boss at the store - that must have been a good/fun conversation!   The time went so fast at the retirement luncheon yesterday, I knew I would need to say hi and talk to as many folks as I could before the speeches and sharing of stories began, then at the end, I was saying goodbye to as many as I had only a short time because most had to head back to work!  I am estimating there were approximately 60-75 people.  I was so happy to have been included, especially since most in attendance were current employees!

LisaG - Have fun shopping!  :)

Puff - Yes! I'm sure you know how to stay in the right places when you travel  ;D   So happy that you & Ton went back to the Grand Canyon to do all the things you guys had missed out on the previous year - I bet you have wonderful memories of that trip. {{Puff}}

Beakers have a nice day  :)

T40, LOLOL!  All great Caturday pics!  Hey, my Mom used to cut my bangs just like that cat! See? Wonder what that criminal is thinking with that cat on his back?  ;D

E4E, the last time I was at my old workplace was when Bella and I met Erin, it was his last day in that department, and it was the department I used to work in so it was fun seeing all the old friends that have been working with him after I left! Ed used to work in the same department too, but now in another department, Yes, we are a WF family! Ed has another year and a half to work then he can retire.

Lani, what a beautiful cougar! I think the whole Royal Albatross program is amazing, love how gentle they are with the birds, the birds seem to trust them...  19 degrees? That is pretty darn cold for you isn't it?  Wow, that is some scary cloud! I know I would think it was extra-terrestial!

tsk, I hope that shot kicks in soon...

Puff, glad you and Ton went back to do all of the things you wanted to do at the Grand Canyon, so, so much to see and do there! Honey is like Ash was, very rarely lets me sleep past 5:15!

Marshall Tucker Band   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkOsccnyFWs     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlc6xCPx60U
We are saddened to hear of the passing of someone very special to our hearts, for very obvious reasons. Our band’s namesake, Mr. Marshall Tucker, passed away peacefully yesterday morning at the age of 99. Though he was never a member of our band, we wouldn’t be here today without his historic name. In the early days when we were rehearsing in an old warehouse in Spartanburg, we found a keychain inscribed with his name. We needed a name asap… and the rest is history! Marshall was blind since birth but amazingly could play the heck out of the piano. He always said his talent was simply God-given. He tuned pianos in South Carolina for decades. We are thankful for Mr. Marshall Tucker and the life he lived! Sending blessings to his wife and family.   God Bless, The Marshall Tucker Band

Welcome to Des Moines - I have never seen this many bikes covered by snow. You come across a lot of interesting things in Iowa!

High quality Caturday today.  This whole page is a keeper.  And the Big 12 once again entertains.  ;)

What purrs and has 6,000 followers on Instagram? That would be KC fan Sly James the Cat. Former Kansas City Mayor Sly James’ team asked to take a photo of Sly James the Cat in a suit to use at his retirement event. The former mayor even signed a copy of the cat’s portrait. The Insta-famous tabby cat is known for daily posts where he dons a new outfit every day :)

Meet the new Jacksonville Jaguars’ new “pawfensive” lineman Mojo. Mojo, a 17-week-old golden retriever, is not only joining the Jags -- he’s also training in the K9s For Warriors Puppy Program and will eventually become a service dog for military veterans. Although he won’t get much playing time, his screen time and popularity amongst the fans will make up for it.
Mojo will be in the K9s For Warriors Puppy Program for 10-14 months before he begins the training to become a service dog.

RIK  After your comment about it's only a hotel, the adventure starts when you leave the hotel -- that in itself brought on a memory.  A hotel at Galway Bay in Ireland--Someone rang the doorbell.  Ton and I looked at each other "Was that the door?"  Sure enough - room service was checking that all met with our approval, and would we like anything else? A doorbell?  Really, a door bell?

And since I'm now in under the influence of Eire - I'll never forget the pleasant sight from the balcony overlooking a walking "boulevard" with tables for two on the sides (no cars) with little flower carts and other vendors greeting and doing a gentle bow to the people passing by - A great panoramic remembrance of a hotel.  The Westbury in Dublin.

I have to share this with the Beakers - this was a lasting super memory gap.

LANI   We may decide it will be a vet who will cut the nails but we are willing to give it a try.  " Wobble bobble"  Aww.  WOW  That was one strange yet beautiful cloud over Turkey.. Half time KC leading  ;)  ;D

EAGLES  That was a big retirement party.  Hard to imagine being able to see everyone and converse..

T40   Love Caturday contribution today  ;D ;D     So funny  " don't touch the scissors"   I'll jump in on the same "bangs" bandwagon  LOL

CLYNN   What a great backround story to the Marshall Tucker Band.  Do we know where all those bikes are parked - a school?  Tough time getting home for many  LOL

PUFF   You share the best memories.  Can see why they are still vivid in your memory.  :D

Lori, good to see you!  What a sweet dog! We had a girl at work who worked with golden retrievers until they were ready for their specialized training, she was allowed to bring them to work each day, we all loved seeing them!

tsk, one of the comments said it was a guy in a rural area in Iowa that collects disgarded bicycles and fixes them up to sell and donate. The bangs, in our later years we called the 'Prince Valiant bangs'. Mom, put those scissors down!  ;D ;D ;D

Puff, I had to look up the Westbury! A trip to Ireland would be a dream! (this is the place, right?)

Yep that would be the Westbury Clynn  And if you look up to about the third level you can make out the balconies.  Oh, Oh and if you look below one level you have the large floor-to-ceiling windows?  That's where at 3o'clock the crumpets and tea is served.  Although one iffy feeling because I didn't bring any gloves -Ladies did show up with gloves.  My bad!

CLYNN   How cool was that to have golden retrievers at work when she was training.    Mom and bangs : she would wet her bangs and put a roll of cotton under them and clip the cotton to the hair on each side to anchor it.  She would comb the hair nicely over the cotton.  Air dry and remove cotton and bangs would be poofy  LOLOL   So glad to hear the eye on E22 turned out to be OK.
