Thank you all for the ((( )))

Last I heard from Bradley was at 9:57am this morning, and nothing till just a lil bit ago at 2:15pm, saying she was 7cm dilated.

I forgot to tell you all.....I got the car back yesterday afternoon!  The AC is nice and cool!

kb - I hope you get paid back.

tsk - My mama always says, see an endocrinologist for your diabetes.  Yes, at least I got the call, but it still would have been nice to be there and share this special moment with Bradley.

Puff - Oh that bite from ATF is still being a nuisance.  :-\

Lani - Thanks for the TRR and puffin updates.

{{{Lisa}}} I love Puff's reply... when that moment comes you'll know what to do, and I'm looking forward to the first pic  :-* .... thank you for enjoying my sloths, I know they are not a favorite of others here, but I adore them.  ;D ... I hope your bug bites heal too...

{{{Puff}}} I hope your bugs bites heal.

Clynn, love the dog pic.... And we dried our sheets/clothes on the line too.

There were sheets, other linens, unmentionables, shirts, etc flapping in the bteezeball over the neighborhood  on Mondays!   That would be weather permitting!   The air seemed much fresher them! What a job!

Kb - I guess $2000 is better than nothing.  Hope you get all fixed up soon.

Clynn - This hospital has strict visitor rules.  I even called to make sure Bradley knew what he was telling me.  The two visitors who go into Labor and Delivery get wristbands, and they cannot swap them with anyone else.  That is Bradley and her mom, all other visitors non wristbands, have to visit from 4 to 8pm, and that is after the baby is born.

Lani - You all will be the first I show, if I ever get a pic.

Tsk - Yes, the AC is nice and cold!

By the way, no baby yet….haven’t had an update since earlier this afternoon.

Lisa, that bospital must be protrcting tbe babies from the summer covid surge or the endemic leprosy in the Southeast!
As tsk said, the ac is fixed and Bradlley has you on speed dial or something!

I just spent about an hour on the patio while Piper did her evening tour of every blade of grass, stopping only to chase a squirrel or two!   I will as listening to the whirl, whiz, buzz if the hummers who came very close to my head when .i became aware of some movement at ground level!  A ragged l
Looking brown thing was running as if being chased!   This poor squirrel ran across the patio and passed with in an inch of my feet!   Piper was not in pursuit of it and really missed an opportunity!  I think this was a. Young one from this years crop! I’m  thinking it is having a time finding food!
Well Lisa, we all wait for news from the Martin house!  Now I am worried about the kitties!  Food and supervision!   Lol!   Lizzie, leave the tp alone!   Seds

{{{Lisa}}} I can tell by your post you must be relieved... Bradley will call you and you will be able to drive your car with AC blasting and visit your grandbaby, Kelly and your son tomorrow   :-*

Karen, I was thinking about kittens Stewie and Lizzy too! LOL! ... poor little squirrel you're probably right it's hungry. But, what a lovely evening you're having waiting and watching Piper do the evening tour.  ;D

Kb, glad they're giving you something.

Tig - Glad the hornet nest got taken care of.

Lani - Thanks for black bear news.  I know you miss your MIL very much - I know you speak highly of her.  You are lucky to have had a wonderful & loving MIL.   We have some small 'harmless' spiders in the yard.  Hubby goes out and sprays around the base of our house to stop the spiders from coming inside our house (he gets the spray from Lowes).  Yikes, you had a Tarantula in your garage last week?! :o   Love the Puffin pics!  Thank you for Sloth updates.

LisaG - I am so sorry for the hurt you are feeling.  You have been so happy and excited anticipating the birth of your first Grandchild. {{Lisa}}    Okay, I just read what you said about verifying the hospital's rules on visitation and that there is no baby yet.
Okay, thank you for answering my question about the insulin pens.

Puff - You have had your share of bug bites/stings.  :o ::)  Hopefully never again!

Kb - I really hope they treat you with fairness and reimburse you.

Clynn - Sheets for the bed hanging out on the clothesline to dry is something I remember my mom doing, and I also did that for years when I first got married. :)

Karen - Lol! Piper had a good time running around while you sat out on the patio  ;D  Good that she burned off some energy! ;D

Everyone have a good night - SEDs  :)

Good Morning ...

Currently   75F  feels like 77F.  High  93F  partly sunny,  High pollen. Nighttime low 69F  clear skies

{{{Lisa}}} I'm so sorry for all the pain and frustration you're going through with the arrival of the first grandchild. I know how things seem to you right now. I'm glad you called the hospital and verified the 'rules'.
Keep your schedule clear so when Bradley calls you head to the hospital.    Hurrah! That A/C in the car is fixed!

Karen, Tsk , CLynn – like you,  I've wondered who's looking after Stewie and Lizzie  with all the excitement.

KB- agree with you.  So glad you're making progress on the sewer---hoping you get properly
 rembursed.

CLynn- not only do I remember sheets and clothes hung on a clothesline. But as a teenager, I often brought them in all stiff and sterile from the blistering summer sun. I remember asking my mom to hang my 'unmentionables'  on the middle lines so when the other kids short cut walks from school they couldn't see them.    LOL Bulldog on a John Deere.

E4E- hope your sister and mom are doing well.

I'm not the most learned re maturnity visiting rules - but I don't recall this latest mention by Lisa.  Is it a new idea?

But baby talk always brings up events when SIL and Bro (you know SIL's caution) delivered the very first of the babies in the family.  Just an aunt's outsider observation and FUNNY.

SIL announced her decision that Sammy was not to be crawling around on the floor - She quoted how many germs a baby could come in contact/jeopardy with.  Many sideway looks, especially from grandpa (my Dad).  What the heck!

A little bit of a change with the second, David.  SIL comment - note the change of experience -

She stated that she had found out "if you close the nursery door you can't hear them crying so much."

Guess which nephew was the most difficult/trouble?????
I don't think "new ideas" are too unusal for first born.  Just the observation of an outsider.  ;)
