1/18 #RoyalCam egg update. Pip

This is the South Plateau egg.
The size of an av. adult hand – approx. 12cm x 8 cm.
It went into the incubator at Day 74. 
Today at Day 75 - no update yet...GLY remains happily on the ceramic dummy egg.
Stay tuned.

Posting a little rememberance for our dear Ted.  I got the news from Lani in a post about the passing of our dear Ted on October 31st 2022 . Ted was a gentle giant loved by many.  He enjoyed lounging on the logs & taking dips in the pond as well as people watching... but most of all Ted loved snacking on grapes, strawberries and peanuts.  Ted was a special bear, dear to our hearts and is missed & loved by many.

Thank you so much Lani so much for sharing "Bear" news, photos & updates from Dr. Lynn Rogers and the North American Bear Center.  We appreciate all that you do... 💜  Now we wait to welcome  our baby Albatross to the world!

LISA  All OK  Doc said it takes this long for the anesthetic to wear off.  Now I have to wait for the steroid to kick in. 2-3 weeks.  Each day will be better.   I'm grateful .  I used heat earlier.  Had the moist pad on my computer chair and sat on a moist heating pad.  It felt good

TIG  Have not heard of that movie.
