TIG  That's the fun about taking a different road home - Be sure and write down where that ice cream shop was now.  Can't remember the last time I had a malt.  ;D  Sounds like a nice route.

BAZI   Bummer on the lost post - And yes I spoke prematurely .  The tourney didn't end with the ladies finals.  Glad you are still on the mend.
LOLOLOL  You gave us a good belly laugh with the pedal embossing on LISA's right sole  ;D ;D ;D

PHYL   I cheated and ordered Chinese - diabetic friendly to make sure.  I did make a simple low sugar dessert tho and a salad to go with.

So at 3:45 CST ( ETA was 3:15) I texted LISA and asked  " Are you lost or in traffic"?   Reply " I'm coming up on the exit now.  Lots of traffic but it is moving"  15 min later she pulls in the driveway  " I missed the exit"!!!   LOLOL.   Good to catch up.  Showed her my butterfly nursery as we were sitting out on the porch and that is where the cages sit on an etagere.
Lulu has made a few appearances and sniffed Lisa and she let Lisa pet her   - More than any first time visitor to the house!!!

Good Morning Beakers

I have been up since 4am, and woke up to Ms Lulu laying in the bed with me.  I think I have found a new friend, as she has been back and forth in the room with me a few times.

Lani - Thanks, just glad that this day of driving is a lil shorter.  Stay cool…geesh 105!

E4E - Thanks!

Karen - The Chinese that tsk ordered for dinner was delicious.

Phyl - Yep, that one pet was a start and now she is sitting on my lap. 😂

Tsk - Thank you for letting me stay with you again.  It was great to catch up.  Your butterfly nursery is amazing.  I am glad that Ms Lulu wasn’t scared of me. 😊

I'm just thinking Lulu is intrigued by all the new and different kittie/dog scents you brought into her territory?  "Kitty, I smell kitty, where's the kitty?"

Glad for you that only the short leg remains.  Weather is good too.  But still take it easy.   Say HI to tsk for me.

Tsk, I think I always buy t shirts too big! I do BUy the dressier kind to fit.  I have two narrow but deep walk in closets with clothes of all sizes!  I am getting rid of the bigger sizes as I lose some baggage this time but I enjoy shopping in my closet!  Lol.  When Mickey was here and I was in the home, she soent hours rearranging my closets!  I had them arranged by size and she grouped them by color and covered them all with whire plastic!  Very lovely looking arrangement!  They Would have been easy to haul them off to a resale shop or Goodwill!  However, I came home!  It took the hhworker, I dubbed the closet lady, and me days to rearrange these spaces almost back to where I had things!
Was out on the porch with coffee and humidity while Piper strolled around the yard!  Stayed out about a half an hour!
Lisa, safe travels this am!  Thought Lulu would warm up tp you!   The cat whisperer!  How is Jeff doing with Misty?   Hope she doesnt sneak out looking for an intact male!  Ooooh!

Have a good Monday beakers!

LisaG don't forget to roll all of your time keeping devices back 1 hr to CDT so your not late for any ATF events.   ;D

I see no weather of consequence along your route of travel.    :)

Assuming your wheels hit I 90 westbound around 7:30 am CDT and the traffic is cooperating you should arrive by N1 around Noon CDT.   8) 8)
