Good Morning Beakers!

Yesterday was busy, as will be today and tomorrow! Debbie and I went through Kay's house, she just wanted to see what was what. I left around noon and she gathered all the papers she could find to take back to the hotel to go through, then she came over here for dinner. Kelsey's Lasagna! Today she meets with an estate attorney at 4:00. Dianna and I are meeting her at 9:30 this morning, the plan is to make zones to gather things together: Debbie, Dianna, Me, Goodwill and trash.

Lani, sweet picture of E22 sleeping with his head all tucked in...

E4E, welcome home! Sounds like you had a good time. Hope it was relaxing and now you can get going again...

oldguy, I love the Wave petunias, but I have absolutely no luck with them. My aunt can plant 5 plants in a 12' long stone window box with crappy dirt and they go crazy!

Lisa, I had to turn the AC on yesterday evening, I opened the patio door and the hot air came in like a furnace blast! Plus I had the oven on which doesn't help! I turned it off after dark. Are the kittens running around yet?

Lori, lots of cute pictures!!  Hope you and your Mom are okay after the storm that blew through!

Phyl, are those goose feet? Or the feet of the pelican in the picture below? I didn't know they had claws either! Love the picture of DH2 with his head under HM! Two Harbors still safe, I got these pictures of the little one from the chat:

Clynn the webbed feet match the Peli above.   Mercy you ladies are so busy---brings back memories of when my mom passed, only I had it all to do.
What a 'gift' from Kelsey---homemade lasagna dinner.  ;)
Tks for Sue's SWFL photos, awesome snap.
Darling photo of the two little foals

There's a bit of peace with the rain and thunder---it'll be short lived

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE

49 with rain forecasted for today.

KB   That house piece is so funny and true!  ;D

LISA  Wave petunias are a variety where you don't have to keep pinching off the flowers - they keep trailing and look nice all summer.

OLDGUY    Quite a storm.  My car's hail damage from weeks ago will finally get repaired on Thursday.  Hope you didn't have any.   Thanks for filling in my sparse definition of Wave petunia!!  ;D

EAGLES   You're back  ;D   Very busy and ambitious trip - Lots of driving. Sounds like a great time.  Good food too??  Funny about the time zones.  ;)

LANI  Saw that lion saying yesterday - good one.   I"ve never had a problem with aphids  :-\ :-\

PHYL   Love the white pelican close ups.   Feet - very cool.  DH2  looks like a cat trying to hide under the bed.

CLYNN  You are such a good friend and so nice to have Debbie for dinner and Kelsey's home cooking.  Big project at Kay's and am sure Debbie is so grateful for the help you and Dianna are providing.   I don't plant Waves - I just use them in hanging pots.

Welcome back E4E! Sounds like a great trip...
My arborist found a couple more large branches that were cracked on our large spruce.... and some from previous storms. We will be busy sawing them to size to take to the yard waste site.
Had a good workout early this morning.
Clynn... I should hire you to come clean out our house! Take care

Tsk I've seen that some folks plant those wave petunia in the ground and allow to trail on  a trellis.  Got your auto's hail damage repaired---good as new  ;)

Lisa the storm yesterday and last night was one of our worst---been ages since I've heard rain hit that hard and fast. Good thing the grille was secured.
 Scared Maggie enough to hide.
Sounds like your local AC has things well in hand. And the kittens are getting more active/adventureous.
