Good Morning Beakers!

Lani, we should have the big jump today! And then the big waddle to the water! Great pics!

E4E, you will soon be on your way, hope your trip is good and your stay is wonderful! You and Kris enjoy yourselves!

Phyl, read Amy's blog, I didn't realize RRP had so many other cams going, I guess I haven't looked for a while! 'all by myself', perfect line for the loan eagle! And yes, I bet Lisa's house is full of meows! Would love to visit!

Lisa, hope you and Jeff are getting some rest now, sounds like Mama has everything under control! So glad to hear that Little #7 is doing well! Thanks for the weight ranges, looks like  there's not a huge range of difference, and no wonder Misty looked ready to burst!

Puff, yes, now starts your busy season for the ATF!

Maybe there is a puppy available for those goslings once they jump?

Yes, Andrew fixed my decorative fence yesterday, replaced some tiered garden wood and screwed down. The new outdoor faucet is actually a problem...he fixed the end of my reel hose, but the brand new, well, one year old faucet is shooting water...Have the expensive local plumber I paid to replace on the books for Thursday to repair.

He will return to fix my concrete patio under my cabana and replace the back of my shed with tin roofing rather than siding....discovered squirrels have punched 3 holes on the back side...found one inside when I opened the door....ugg..I think birds may have started the holes and the squirrels finished the job.
I have roofing for the jacuzzi I was going to have him haul away but now seems more reasonable to screw that on the backside instead.

snow is in the forecast for April 30.....why of course >:( >:(

I still am going to mulch/mow on Wednesday and drop crabgrass preventer....as I have mother nature's rain for days following in the forecast ending with snow....no need to turn on the sprinklers that way.

Here's a question/thought that popped into my head while waiting for gooselet #6 to make its appearance -

We know there are maaaaany geese in the area, we hear them all at sunset when they move to their sleeping quarters in masse- (noise).  Lots and lots of geese!
And,  MG and FG can't be the only mated pair.  So then how many pairs are there, and shouldn't they also be jumping and swimming in Trout Run?  With all the potential gooslings the waters should be standing room only.  ???

Good Morning Beakers

Lani, clynn and all .....I thought we would have a better night, but it was about the same.  I  have a call into AC, as around 9pm, Misty jumped up started meowing/screaming, turning in circles and then laid on the kittens.  She did this about three times before she finally relaxed.  She did this same thing when she delivered #5 and after #7.  After #5 is when we did not see a placenta come out with that one.  I was a lil concerned, but AC said it should come out with #6, nope never came out with 6 or 7.  I sure hope that is not causing her discomfort.  She is eating and drinking, but have noticed not really using litter box all that much.

E4E - Enjoy your trip, and will be looking forward to your pics!

Phyl - I would love to keep a kitten, but I am not sure how Bandit would feel with another cat in the house.  I think he already feels he has lost his Top Cat position, but he will always be my #1!!!  Great pics from the cams!

clynn - Great pic of lil DH2!

tsk - Sounds like yucky weather for you today!  I hope you don't have to go out in it.

kb - Hope that forecast is wrong for April 30th.

Puff - That is a great question!  Cams have been so focused on DH2 and MG, that we have not got a look anywhere else lately.  This morning, cam op did show a pair of geese on 1st bluff by Trout Run Rd. Lord, can you imagine that leap??
