Thank you Beakers for all your much appreciated messages regarding my little Star.  Oldguy, you sent the most beautiful poem and had me & hubby reaching for the kleenex.  Thank you.

Lani - Thank you so much for your prayer list;  I know you have Star listed.  :-*

Oldguy - Thank you for the link of Gary Moore - the sound of Santana.  All good links.

Eburg - So happy that you have much better vision these days - good for you in pursuing the issue!!

Clynn -   Thank you for what you said about my little Star.  :-*    Good for you in clearing out the stuff and making room for your new PC!!  BTW in case you need cataract surgery, I bet you will have good results!

Phyl - Thank you for all pics - really cute category 3 purricane! ;)

Puff - Sounds like you had successful eye cataract surgery - right? :)  Hopefully so!! :)

Lulu - Cute sweet face Lulu!

LisaG - Thank you  :-*

Tig - Thank you so much  :-*

Kb - Thank you Kb (for Star).   We will leave for the airport Tuesday morning @ 2.00!  We need to go to bed early that evening to try and get a couple hours of sleep before heading out.

Lani - What a huge commitment you've had with the preparing of the state convention!  So, it seems that right after Mother's Day, is the time you will finally get to take it easy!

Tig - Thank you so much!  I am happy that Star got to see you & Camper in person! :)   Congrats on the celebration for Camper's Grandson's 13th!  34 degrees - I would have my warmest coat & boots on!

Baz - Thank you so much for the darling condolence for my little Star.  :-*

Kb -   Thank you so much for condolence - much appreciated & thank you!  Bummer you had to blow off the neighbor's ash tree stuff, but as you mention, now it looks better from your window!

Og - We thank you so much for your sympathy & condolence posting for our sweet little Star - of course it sent us to the kleenex box. Thank you so much for the lovely/beautiful/heart touching poem.

Karen - Thank you so much for your kind words.  :-*

Puff - Thank you for your kind thoughts, but I did not receive a pm from you - wonder what happened? ???

LisaG - Thank you so much for the beautiful poem - so comforting and very appreciated. :-*

Tsk - Thank you so much for the Rainbow bridge - it helps to settle me a little bit.  This is a rough evening.

Clynn - Thank you so much - I just can't quit the flow of tears today. I miss my little Star so much that it hurts.   Like the Decorah pics!

Phyl - Sweet and much appreciated condolence :-*  I love what you posted.  Thank you for mentioning Samantha, Mitch, & Mike.    Enjoy your burgers for dinner tonight!!

We wish to thank ALL the Beakers for their much appreciated condolences for our little Star.  It really is a terrible, rough day to get through, and then you have to get through the next day . . . .
I packed up a bunch of stuff to be donated to the SPCA.  The rest will be thrown away.
It is so lonely without our 3rd member of the family here.  I will never have another pet.  It is too devastating when this time in life happens. :'(

Dear Eagle, I'm so sorry  :'(  It's never easy to lose them, I think of my Bandit often too. I'm thinking of you and remembering your posts about sweet Star. Such wonderful memories and time will help to heal you. And in the meantime Kris, your mom, sister, your family, friends and the Beakers will be here... and maybe someday somewhere out there  :-*

Eagles, I just checked in for the first time today and read about you loss of Star.  She will always be with you in your heart and memories as a reminder of the love you and your family shared with her.

Blessings to all.

A blessing in disguise...the last egg broke maybe  due to age and /or  non-viability, sometime  Friday.   Again, from what I can
gather, Chat is confusing, he left the nest and Audi returned discovered the broken egg and devoured what she could and moved the broken pieces off to the side.
Sometimes Jak will be in the nest and other times he'll roost in their favorite tree with Audi.
They are wonderful bald eagle parents and so sad the've lost so many egglets/eaglets. But, they'll return and will have more eggs and eaglets.

Sleep well Sauces family. You're so very loved by all who  know you.

Good Morning Beakers!

tsk, those cherry blossoms are beautiful! I would love to see them in Washington DC when they are blooming! They are in peak bloom right now! And we are still in winter here...

Phyl, love the sleep well message to the Sauces eagles...thanks for Amy's Blog! Your good morning cows are so cute! I am also 'lost in the translation' of BL's post. Maybe it will come to us ventually...

Lani, your Bandit (and Barkley), my Bogey (and Max & Emma).... They never leave our memories and we can still shed a tear thinking of them. And we do have the good memories, which far outweigh the pain of letting them go... Hope you are getting some well deserved rest!

E4E, a vacation i just what you need right now...I think Star knew... so have a good time, she will be watching you...

T40, going to watch your videos now!

Screen shots from this morning at our favorite nest!

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown
