Thanks for the albie info Lani.

Been busy..the wind is ferocious here and only now 31 degrees going down....should be 53....LOL.

Anyway, there has been a very cute little lost dog in my neighborhood since Saturday...I've been following the posts and it seems the owners don't care....or are not here anymore.
Some great peeps, a lady and man have been trying to coax it to them...It's skittish of humans but not of dogs...
After 4 plus days the lady finally decided to call The Retrievers just now...the best in the business.
It's been crossing repeatedly a very busy street one block over from me.
My sis knows The Retrievers owner so we are trying to help and get them going asap..I've been in contact with the lady trying to catch it.

This pup needs to be caught before it gets hit by a car....it's in my neighborhood and close by.
Prayers needed.

Later.

CLYNN   After Easter, Tim will take my car to 2 places for estimates, we will see.  Lesley has some special "animal whisperer" about her.  :-*

PUFF  Just that big thunderstorm about 10 last night and some rain this AM.  It's now dropped from 70's into low 60's and high winds continue.

KAREN.  You sound so good!!!  Safe trip home.

LORI   thanks for the screen shots.

LANI   Brrr.     71 here that early.  Freaky.  Thanks for the tip on the dent remover - will look when done here.  Sweet AM pic  Good  update on the Royals  :)

OLDGUY   Garfield  LOLOL  Smoke on the Water - someone has some extra time  LOL

KB  Is the pup caught yet?

tsk - nope....having trouble hearing back from the Retrievers too....I'm wondering about the Easter holiday as a potential problem?
Also someone posted they think they know the owners....from 4 days ago! but she's at work so can't contact them till later.

I'm hoping if this woman is correct on identifying the owner, who has posted nothing about losing their dog, they don't get it back if caught...
Sounds like they are neglectful often if same dog/same owners.

Breaks my heart that any human could just do that....no matter the reason.
Last siting, was nearby, people said it's looking bad now...starving and cold.

I think i need to take a break....I've done all I can for now.....if I hear anything I'll let you know.

Have someone coming over to help me cut my large arbors out of the street....enough heartache for me for the day.

This may be full of typos and 'whatevers'.  ;D

Clynn/Tsk 1 year window on prop/casuallty claims

Clynn Ahhhh the wisdom of Snoopy; been ages since I've heard 'dawdle'. Many tks for NEFL - Gabby and V3/LesleytheBirdNerd - thanks for updates, I recall the Lesly vid on the downey w/p. Wonderful 'welcome' post for Karen.
How was your day with Bella?

Puff shucks about your post---so aggravating; I never pose my cats for the camera esp Mike and Maggie who are naturals---Mags especially.
Are you feeling better these days? Hope so.

Karen I hope all's well at your house when you arrive.  ;)

Eagles determined sun to shine thru the clouds. We reached 80F. This PM been having some mean winds and T-storms.  Got the WT sink mats installed. Now to figure out how to install them in master bath as the smallest  trimmed size is still a tad wide. A competitor doesn't sell mats for cabinets  whose pipest come up thru the 2nd story  floor. I'll work it out---always do.  ;)

Lani wouldn't be surprized if it were actually 'dirt'.  One nest pips and they all start the chatter.  Chilly AM for  you. Pups/mama  awww.  Tks for the Royal updates. SP's really growing. Luv your "Ether Bunny"

Pretty eggs, Lisa.

Lori/Tsk thanks for the hatch announcment.   Lori Great gifs. My iPhone makes them but they don't transfer to Pinterest for some reason. thank you for keeping us in the know. DH1  is precious.  :-*

Beakers, relaxing with my rum & coke!  Bella and I had another busy day, play-doh, stickers, painting and some dolls along with Ah-Pad time. She still had the Strawberry Shortcake tattoos we put on last Wednesday. Erin said they tried to wash them off and they wouldn't budge. So Grandma got them off, Dawn does wonders on that sort of thing. So that is the picture of her showing her hands...with no tattoos (they looked like bruises after a week...).

kb, I hope someone has rescued that puppy...by now! Some people shouldn't be allowed to kids or pets...

Phyl, good day with Bella! I will miss her next week as I will be at Mom's for the week. Leaving Saturday and coming back the next Sunday... But Erin and Sydney will be dropping them off for an hour or so Friday so they can go get Easter basket goodies. I have already given mine to Erin to hold until Easter! I always do Valentine's Dau, Easter, Halloween and Christmas goodie presents.

tsk, I think you are doing the right thing... if hail happens to us again we will try other places besides the snake oil salesmen to fix it if it is really that bad. For the life of me I can't see how it could cost as much as the insurance company paid for without blinking an eye. It's been a chilly day here too. Next Thursday the forecast says 85.

Lani, sounds like the albatross chick is getting plenty of food so far this season! I totally know what you mean by the underside of the bed, Harley has been there.  ::) ::) The outside edge of our adjustable bed base has fabric, and he has found that. I put tape over it and put one of those cardboard scratchers right below it. It seems to have worked, at least for a while... Honey wakes me up every morning, walking all over me... That Easter Bunny is so cute! Isn't is wonderful that we will have babies and get to see them on the Y again! And see the white barn and the horses in the field! Can't wait until they are waddling around in the nest!  Awwww, those sweet little pink-nosed puppies... :-* :-*

Lori, thanks for all the wonderful pictures of our new little one in our favorite nest!  :-* :-* :-*

Lisa, so Misty is really waddlng now? Come on little kitties!  We are anxious to see you!

E4E, Bella didn't want to go to the store today, she wanted me to play with her with the Play-Doh. She likes it because I make little plates of food things...  ;D ;D

KB   You've done what you can and maybe someone who doesn't post in that Forum took the dog in.  Maybe they don't know what is going on?  It's such a helpless feeling.

CLYNN  I hope your Illinois weather will be as warm as what you will be leaving  ;).  Bet Mom is really looking forward to your visit.  Is Kelsey going too or are you going alone with your audio book ?  ;) ;)  You are such the perfect Grandma for Bella - She will miss her week with you.  Thanks for Lisa's FB pic of HD's first look.  :)

Update: Well Poppie the loose dog is apparently home...The Retrievers did call that lady back but, someone just an hour later said they recognized it on fb and where it lived but she was at work.

The Retrievers then waited for that person to get home and confirm and somehow voila it's now home.

I guess the long story is the owners have let this happen many times before and the dog has been making itself a little second outside home next to a school not that far away.

Problem is it's been very cold here as you know and it's been sited roaming far away crossing busy streets for now 4 days.

It's amazing how the whole community came together and now if it is seen once again they know where it's second home is and they instead will call Animal Control...One of the women wants to adopt it if the owner's surrender it.

My guy planned for the arbor chopping never came....maybe tomorrow?

SWFL - 8:30p Happy Day! E22 went to the nest, M brought a fish and out of the sky floats E21. Each spent time in the nest, pasture and rumbled at the pond. M dropped a fish for E21. All may be roosting in a NE tree. Mr. Moon, Mom, Great Spirit keep them safe

💕💕 After being gone 5 days, E21 returns home to the nest!! Welcome back E21 you have been missed!

E22 flies into the nest first and gets dive bombed by shrikes. E22 starts to eat some of the old ACF the intruder left on the nest from yesterday. Then M15 arrives with a whole fish and E22 mantles and claims it! M15 goes to the veranda, then the attic - but then looks up and there is E21 floating in and lands right next to Dad!! Wow!! E21 then drops to the nest and both E's mantle over the fish = E22 keeps it. E21 waits on the left side of the next and then picks up the old ACF & tries to eat while waiting for its turn at the fresh fish. We always say Trust the Eagles!! Welcome home E21!! Thank you for watching!

Good night!
