PUFF   Put it on your calendar for next year.  Can't remember if we did Durty Nellie's in Ireland back in the 70's :-\  Didn't know there was one in Palatine.

BAZI   I've been driving since the day it turned " 2 weeks"  LOL  Yes, it is uncomfortable getting in and out of the car.  I just go slow.  Tomorrow it is breakfast with a friend of mine who lost her husband the day I had surgery.  :'(  He had been on Hospice.  She is one of the "girl group" I often talk about.  She is the oldest and the first to lose a husband  :'(   We've all been together 37 years.

LORI  You are welcoming spring in a grand fashion  ;D  Oh NO Then I read you have been sick for 10 days!!!!  Does not sound good.  Hope doc takes an Xray and so glad you are seeing him tomorrow.  Please keep us posted - Prayers.

LISA   LOLOL   Those two cats are going to be up to no good one of these days - just look at Misty's eyes  LOL

LisaG Next question is personal and sensitive perhaps - with that look in her eyes, have both our "good pals" been spade/neutered?

This was fun story - When I traveled around I got tees for my nieces/nephews.  Sammy who was a Harley fan usually preferred a much sought after authorized Harley Dealer's shirt.  Instead one of the Ireland trips I had a chance to pick up a Durty Nelly's shirt.  He was the talk of the bar when he modeled his shirt on St. Patty's Day.  I didn't know about the local bar being here.  And, I always wondered if there was any connection between the owners.  Never did find out.

Looks like it's a lot harder to drop that goose egg than when our mom eagles have theirs.  I started early this morn - maybe 6A - watching for N2 shots.  Of course, I missed it for some reason.  Good to have someone with the capture of #1 egg.  She looked like she was on an urgent mission when she flew into nest.

I think I still have my Durty Nellie t shirt. https://www.durtynellys.ie/

Yes, surprise dinner with 21 folks... family, friends, book club. And a 3 piece Mexican band of vocalists, 2 guitars and a fiddle that Camper hired.
And Camper gave me a little stuffed black bear with a gift of earrings of book covers with my favorite author's name on them stuck into his ears. He is a thoughtful giver of gifts.

I'll open other presents tomorrow.

Good Morning Beakers

tsk - Oh, I think these two will be up to no good...LOL

Puff - Bandit is fixed.  We are taking Misty to the vet tomorrow to have her checked out, since we know nothing about her.  She is finally letting us pick her up more and more each day.  I just hope she does not freak out at the vets office.  She is still very skittish.

oldguy - Thanks for the info on the new weather guy.

tig - That is a very thoughtful gift!

Good Morning Beakers!

Busy all day yesterday, took my car to the dealership at 1:00 to have the computer stuff updated (it has been glitchy). Called them at 6:00 because I had not heard from them, it was till updating, so I had to have them stop the update and bring my car to me. Now I'll have to make another appt. They said it sometimes takes 12 hours, sometimes as little as 5. I had no idea! Still a few things to do before Bella gets here!

Phyl, thanks for the Lucky #7 picture, I am so glad Audacity will have a little one to raise... Flyway looks a bit dreary this morning...

Lisa, I am so glad to hear that Bandit now has a sweetheart! It was all meant to be! It will be such fun for you and Jeff, to have both of them!  Love that picture, it won't be long before they are cuddled...

Lani, 'I wish I was on the beach tonight!'  Sounds so wonderful... The desert looks beautiful with all those Mexican poppies!

Lori, wish you were feeling good...

Puff, what an adventure! Lots of good memories to share!  Tony is saying 'You go, girl!' and he is smiling...

tig, a good birthday! Camper is a sweetie, that's for sure!

tsk, looks like there are 9 Durty Nellie's in the US (had to look it up!), but I am sure the original is the best! Glad you are taking it easy on the in/out of the car!

baz, yes, the deck will be screened in, I wanted to be able to let the cats out there! Pet proof screen as well...  ;D

Wild Heart Ranch - Good Morning Everyone!!!! two of the squirrels sleeping. One is an eastern gray squirrel and the other is a fox squirrel.  -Greg

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE

40 heading to 54  cloudy

PUFF   Yes, it sure took a long time to drop that first goose egg.  Will be interesting to see if the eagles let them alone.

OLDGUY   I like Andy's delivery better than Ryan  ;) ;)

TIG  WHAT A SURPRISE.  Great evening.  Camper sure is a thoughtful guy and a definite keeper.

LISA   Sounds like Misty is slowly acclimating.  I think of Lulu when we brought her home that fist week in January and the way she is now is like night and day.  Misty's personality is a bit different than Bandit.  Can't wait to hear what you find out tomorrow.

CLYNN  You will love that porch once screened in.
