bounce

I think we only got about a half inch that didn't melt. Will get lots more tomorrow night. I'm saving myself for the Sunday shovel. LOL.

Just back from the pool and a quick clean of the walk. I made white chicken chili again yesterday. I add stuff to the recipe: tumeric, garlic, curry, (more) cumin, thyme. I doled a portion for Bro who will be clearing our driveway today and (hopefully) Sunday.

A gentleman from the pool takes tumeric twice daily. He swears by it... as an anti-inflammatory.
TTFN

We got over 2 I believe here...I was surprised this morning as when I went down to bed there was only 1/2 inch of it....just finished pushing the driveway. It's too heavy once again to lift tig...

clynn - LOL, "I dont know how to act my age".  Wow, the SWFL kiddo's are huge!  Love the pic of Ron Howard and Henry Winkler.  I agree, HM is doing a great job and HD, too.

Phyl - Great pics from the cam this morning.

tsk - Glad you all did not get the heavy snow that was predicted.

kb - Aww, the panda.  Take breaks while shoveling.

Lani - Love your morning pic, and have fun at your meeting.

tig - I have heard that about tumeric.  You chili sounds good.

Happy Day, Beakers! It's FRIIIDAAAY!!!   ;) :D

Waving to ALL the Beakers!  :D

Phyl, my team lost last night. Boo hoo.  End of their basketball season.  I will still watch here and there where I have interests in other teams' games till the end of the final game of the upcoming NCAA Tourney.

Clynn, I agree with you about that weather forecaster.  I watched him twice, which turned out to be once too many for me. LOL. I can relate to that "age acting" meme you posted because I had another birthday not too long ago, and became a new age I've never been before.  If I had that dress, I would wear it!  ;D   I loved the pics you posted of Bella yesterday!  :-*

BL, you and Kopje have a big ole powder-flying Bluey time!

Lisa, LOL, thanks!

Lori, thanks for the nest news and views!

Lani, hope your firewise helper comes through! Congrats to your Jayhawks. I'll be checking in on them tonight. Their Asst. Coach is excellent. I have been staying tuned to the updates on all related to Bill Self's recent illness and treatment. I'm hoping and expecting for him to make a quick and full recovery, and maybe, just maybe, even be on the sidelines again sometime during the upcoming NCAA Tourney... fingers crossed for him, with wishes and prayers for renewed health.  Meanwhile, I will also be checking in on my conference's game being played tonight at the same time as your Kansas game. Thank you, TV remote. And... "Go Miami!"  :D  My "Beat Duke" button is firmly attached to my sweater - and it will be until it works!!!   ::) ;D ;D ;D

baz, love, love the pictures of Lil' Punkin and Lil' Bro, they are so sweet watching the Ah-Pad together, love their red hair!

Phyl, Bella loves Cincy lauper, her fave song is Girls Just Wanna Have fun! We play it on youtube a lot. Just checked Sauces, egg is AOK, poor Audacity is soaking wet!

kb, that poor little panda cub...Mom is kind of ruff!

SWFL Eagles - Wendy McLean Blaze - Look at that wingspan! Keep practicing, Little Eaglet!

Stewards of the Upper Mississippi River Refuge - For those who have misunderstood or misinterpreted our previous post, the attached ground image is of the only 2 eagles seen on the nest (formerly Trio nest, but abandoned by the Trio March 2022). The repairs to wiring and restoration of the cam are only recently achieved. These are our first cam looks as well. We are sitting back observing to see what unfolds. Neither Valor has returned. This could be Starr with a new mate. We will continue to observe before making that call. We have no other cameras on nests and can lend no insight as to other eagle activity.

clynn - Thanks for the info on Trio nest.  How cute that Bella loves the song, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!

baz - Great pics of Punkin and Baby Bro!

I have not been sharing too much on what I have been seeing on my trail cam, cause I have not wanted to jinx anything, but we have finally got this sweet lil girl to trust us enough.  Today, was the first day that she came inside our house.  Bandit and her hissed, smelled each other and seem to be getting along, so far (fingers crossed).  Here is a pic of her in Bandit's condo, which he was not all that crazy about  ;D Jeff has named her Misty.

Tig, Aly has a special tumeric mix that she keeps in the refrig, and takes a spoonful daily. Perfect day for chili.

{{{Kb}}}

Baz, Baby Bro is adorable holding on to his big's sisters hand.. Raudel always keeps his word... love the sunglasses on both, they look great, as does mom! ... Bill Self had some type of medical procedure and is doing wel, the assistance coach is doing great job! Thanks.  :) .... well, have you ever thought of wearing a GO DUKE button? They may lose, it sometimes works that way  ;D

Clynn, beautiful pic of the SWFL wingspan.... prayers for Sauces family... awww the Valors haven't returned, that's sad... nothing ever stays the same.

Lisa, oh my gosh, is that B&B Misty Kitty? She's a beauty. You and Jeff did great!  ;D. Bandit will settle in better with a female rather than another male. Bandit will settle soon.

Good night!
