Kb, I agree with Tsk. I'm sorry, I know it must hurt not to see a wreath on Scott's grave. When you paid for Scott to be remembered and be part of this magnificent project. Contact the organization and let them know. You can buy one with them next year and let them know you will be going to see Scott or buy your own. Then you will know he received one.
