Hi Clynn, Puff, Baz, Pink  :)

Oldguy - Hope you continue to feel better  :)

Kb - I love the Everly Bros - never heard that song before - thanks!  That is so awesome that Scott had his Muskie mounted - very special memory!

Tig - Hope you guys had a great day out and stayed warm too! Okay, just read you guys stayed home and watched the football game -  Needless to say, we were disappointed that our CA team did not win, but the Eagles deserved the win today.

LisaG - At least you enjoyed the biscuits! ;)

Lani - Thanks for TRR - sweet pics!

Lori - Like pawprints - cute!!!

Tsk - Healthy oatmeal for you!  We usually add some honey, but I like the idea of blueberries - I think I will do that next time!   Love your kitty puzzle - was it 1,000 pcs?

Phyl - Liked the info on hens & raising chickens!   Cute kitty gifs today!

Happy Birthday DebG

All Beakers have a good evening.

Phyl, beautiful morning pic of from the Flyaway cam

Clynn, the ghost apples are cool. We would miss Aly and Dewey very much.  :( But, this is her time, her adventure and future. We want the best for her.

Lisa, I want that chocolate cupcake. Yum!

Kb, that would be very kind of your Medford friend. Aly seems to be moving closer to Medford decision.... What a big fish Scott caught!! Great story about Scott and fishing. And that you have one of his fishing sheds.  :)

Eagles, glad you had a nice day with your mom. Isn't it amazing how quickly the days go by? I bet you're busier now than you were when you worked. LOL!

Lori, good to see you, sweet pups!  :-*

Tsk, what you healthy breakfast you had! I should have oatmeal tomorrow  ;D .... fun cat puzzle... we haven't started the Mayberry puzzle, weekends go by too fast.

YAY KC CHIEFS!!!! It'll be a great Superbowl!  :)

Good night!

Bonfire _ January .. T shirt & shorts weather here going into February .. no snow as far as the eye can see.

There's a little screwy weather here about.

I don't give a rats ass what one calls it today.
There is some Climate Change abnormal weather afoot here about in the lower 48 in the past 5 decades.

Going to be a wee bit nippy today.  It started at 14 and already dropped down 2 degrees.  Prediction is for -5 by tonight.  Lots of hot tea - and I even have the hot chocolate waiting to be made on the counter.

Everyone caught in this system be cautious/ i.e. smart.  Stay inside if this is your forecast.

Good Morning Beakers!

Phyl, lovely Good Morning pic!  3 here at the moment, high will be 9. But we have some mid 30s and low 40s coming!  So funny, 'Jimmy, answer me please!" Love the skateboarding mouse on the cat's head!  Gorgeous sunrise on the Flyway!

Lisa, I love the feel of coming from the salon! It's like going to a therapist, I do enjoy chatting with my Theresa! She has been my stylist/therapist  for over 25 years!

Lani, yes, Aly has a bright future ahead of her, in a field that will always be needed! But I imagine it will be a hard decision for her... I try to have oatmeal most mornings, I have been making overnight oats, I do four at a time so I just have to heat it up in the morning. Fresh berries go in after it's warmed. Sliced almonds, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, craisins, just whatever I want to throw in! And I use almond milk, so it's pretty darn healthy! There are so many overnight oatmeal recipes on Pinterest, some not so healthy!  ;D

HI EVERYONE

10 degrees  feels like 3  Heading to 13 - partly sunny?

KB   Scott had 5 fish houses?  Who manned them? Or did he set up poles in each and then check on them?  Must have taken forever to get 5 houses  out on the ice.

LISA  yes 1,000

LANI   Since I don't have children of my own I can only reflect on how it was when I moved out of my home in Milwaukee to come to Chicago for work.  I had turned down job offers in Milwaukee to take this job at the VA.  I remember my Mom standing on the front porch waving goodbye and our collie inside looking out the door screen.  Later Mom told me she cried so much when I left.  I was the only girl and very close to my Mom.  So glad for the Chiefs  ;D

BL  Winters for me are no where what I remember as a kid...We had very little snow last year and this year seems about the same so far.

PUFF  Same here  Tea and hot chocolate with Ready whip  ;) ;)

LISA  Your AM coffee looks good  ;)   Enjoy your haircut time.  ;)

CLYNN   "Grab your coffee and stay warm" - that's for sure today.  Always enjoy your AM posts  :)  What a sweet pic at SWFL - One for the calendar  ;D ;D

tsk - when I think of Scott in his prime he was a "Beast".....he had many portable fish houses....no he didn't leave poles down in them.

After marriage Scott didn't fish or hunt anymore....I tamed the "Beast" apparently :)....he became a real homebody.....I saw the "Beast" in action around here though...He built houses after returning from Vietnam and I could tell 'round here....lifting things no human should etc. I didn't actually discourage fishing and hunting he just loved his family and home better.

Brr....may get up to 1 above today...stay warm again tig!
