We had a nasty surprise when we went to our cars to go home from the card game tonight.  A thick coat of freezing drizzle on everything - 18 degrees out - had to get the cars warmed up enough so the wipers could keep the windshield clear. - BTW  won both games tonight and almost feeling normal again.

Oldguy, I hope you had a safe trip home since the roads were covered with ice. Scary.... Glad you were able to enjoy your card night out after the effects of the shingle shot...  poor pup, sweet Sally, wonderful rescue

Tsk, yes, the women's education convention will be in Phoenix, 2nd weekend in May. I'm state Badge Chair and Co-Chair for Registration. It's getting hectic, registration opens the end of February for almost 600 attendees. I'm a wreck already. LOL! ... Aly had a good interview. He called her, so she's considering. It's located in Medford, Oregon.... "Winifred"  :o, she looks like a Lulu.

T40, thanks love Sasse eagle vid and White Tail eagle's big catch... and Floppa's hissing!  :o

Kb, tried it and wrote the 6 clockwise and it works  ;D ... beautiful ice sculptures.

Good Morning Beakers!

Lani, you will do a great job on the convention, of that I am sure...no need for you to stress! I was thinking that the other job Aly was considering earlier was in Oregon! Wow, they really want her, that's great! But I am betting it will be a very hard decision for her, being so far away from you and Mike...

oldguy, congrats on getting back in your groove with your card games! I don't think we got the ice you did, just about 3-4" of snow. I didn't go out yesterday, used the grocery store delivery!

tsk, Lulu is the perfect name!

Phyl, Maggie is the new Dishwasher Inspector!  Broccoli Beef is my favorite Chinese food, I never order anything else! Love the little girl with all the kitties!  The ginger cat's legs look like drumsticks! The Flyway looks lonely...  2 degrees here, high today is 9.  -1 for tonight's low...

An unusual phenomenon when freezing rain coats rotting apples before they fall. The apple turns mushy and eventually slips out, leaving the icy shell still hanging on the tree.

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

GOOD SUNDAY MORNING EVERYONE

22 degrees going to 27  Then temps plummet.  Sun on Monday  ;D   Think we got about 4" of snow.  If I was able , would have snow blowed yesterday but Tim moves slower than I so he will get to it today  ;) ;)

KB   Those are amazing pics from the ice palace.

OLDGUY  Glad the shingles shot didn't stop you from a cards night - and spurred you on to win  ;D  Too bad tho about the freezing drizzle.

LANI   I remember now - you're in charge of registration. But you are a very organized person which is what it takes for a job with a lot of detail.  Yes you will be busy  ;)   Medford, Oregon.  That's the down side - so far away  :(   Cute good night kitty.

PHYL   " snot bubbles"  Nature is so interesting and more so the researchers who want to know these things  :o   Peaceful flyway this AM  Heard some people are renting chickens.  Turns out to be more expensive than the raised egg prices at the market  LOL   Ice apples - very pretty.

LISA   Drooling over that chocolate cupcake but realizing oatmeal this AM  LOL

TIG  Enjoy your adventure today

Morning all....

Tig - if you go, don't get out of the car! ;) ;)..-3 without wind chill factored in right now and not getting much warmer today than 3 above or so....colder even still tonight.

Lani - One of my best friends lives in Medford....known her since in my 20's...she's lived there now for quite awhile...met her when we both flew for Western Airlines and have remained close ever since. If Aly chooses Medford I bet she'd help her out a bit to find her way around.

It was a nice outing yesterday with my Mom.  After getting home, I got busy with a project and then it was time to eat a little dinner and so I didn't get back on here to say goodnight - the time went by so quickly.  Going to do a little catch up now.

Tsk - Okay, I understand.  So sorry for what you are dealing with {{Tsk}}    Love the pic of Lulu the inspector!

LisaG - Thanks - yes I had a nice day with my Mom.

Lani - Love the sweet cuddly pic of Milo & Norman  ;D    Sounds like you are already getting busy preparing for the convention - don't feel bad if you won't have time to be on here much in April - you will have to prioritize!!    Wishing Aly all the best whether she accepts the job or holds out for another offer.

T40 - Your Caturday stuff Lol!  Thanks for links!

Oldguy - Hope you feel better soon.   Glad you had a great night at cards - but oh no, coming out to your car - yikes!!

Kb - You are right - I did not succeed either! ;D

Phyl - Gorgeous white serval.  Yumm - Chinese food - I bet you both enjoyed!   Love the cute pic of Maggie checking out your dishwasher!! ;D

Tig - Yaaay for using your new flip waffle maker - sure sounds like you made quite a delicious dinner!! ;D

Clynn - Cute a.m. gifs!  I too, like beef & broccoli at the Chinese restaurant!

Beakers have a wonderful Sunday!

Morning kb and all :)

tig - Bundle up and stay warm on your outing today, 16 below is just too cold for me!

tsk - Literally LOL'ing at the morning pic! I wish I would have had oatmeal instead of the two biscuits I ate for breakfast, not saying they weren't good, but just would have rather something a lil more healthy.

E4E - Glad you had a nice time with your mom.
