AHA!  I wondered why the upstream barge grouonded to one side.
Here comes a downstream barge.  Got it.
Uppy parked so Downy could make the turn.

Uppy is still to the side - will he need the tug to haul him out?

The Mississippi flyway is busy.  Thank you for the picture SHEP.  Heavy rain, thunder and lightning when I was on the live cam last night.  Western WI is getting a lot of these storms this year.

Aug 31 report -
Aug 29 and 30 I saw a lot of diving and swooping and zooming past the cam.
It was really cool.

GSB cam ops found a flock of cormorants on a submerged branch below the nest box area.

7 am or shortly after I heard the falcons echupping in RLD - under the ledge.
Maybe they will nest under there next spring.
I wonder if RRP will make any cam arrangements.
I really dont want them to do any dangerous trix for a cam.
