Continuing with the 12 Days of Christmas --

"On the ninth day of Christmas
My true love brought to me
nine starlings perching,
eight running squirrels,
seven excited birders,
Six scampering nest mice,
Five little fishes,
Four soaring hawks,
Three snowy inches,
Two big cornstalks,
And a long stick from a nearby tree."

Nice LB! No snow! When I saw DC on the news this evening I thought maybe you got clobbered. Good you didn't.

You've been having headaches for a while now. Did they start after you got contacts? I think so.

When I wore contacts I saw just as good as when I wore my glasses. It does take a bit to get used to them.

Did you wear glasses more during the holidays since not working that would maybe be why you're not used to them yet? I think you said you wear glasses when at home. Darn that you have a years worth.

Paulie....My microwave should come on Thursday.....

Congrats on 10 bunches of grass.  I was trying to think of something and came up empty.

The shot I got turned out not to be Zilretta but something called Durolane.  Nothing so far  :'(

Expecting 1-3" snow Friday.  Not bad if it stays that way.  Things to do Friday.

tootles........

Hi All.  Snow didn't come my way - just lots of wind and some rain.  No problems at my place, but I was watching the big trees near me, and hoping they wouldn't fall.  My power blinked once, but I never lost it. Yay!  Stay safe in the winter weather, all!

Hi, I was out of town today. Busy day.

jicaji, Tomorrow your microwave arrives. Yay!
Thanks to the bunches of grass. lol
Oh to Durolane not Zilretta. Why the change? Darn to nothing so far as of yesterday. How about today?
Same here tomorrow night 1 to 3 inches snow. Agreed to not bad if it stays that way. Hope so!

baz, Good to no problems weather wise at your place. Agree to watching trees sway in high winds being scary. I'm glad all was okay.

LB, Geez to the ice and your sliding this morning. Understandable you were nervous. Good that the main roads were better. Snow is better to drive on than ice any day!

Paulie..I have no idea.  When they denied Zilretta, my Dr. sent in a request for Durolane.  Probably cheaper for the ins. co.

LB I used to get so scared when I was working and had to drive on ice.  Very scary.

Baz...I get really nervous about "swinging" trees in high wind.  We're surrounded by them.

And still singing ....  :)

"On the eleventh day of Christmas my true love gave to me,
Eleven extra nest twigs,
Ten bunches of grass,
Nine starlings perchinng,
Eight running squirrels,
Seven excited birders,
Six scampering nest mice,
Five little fishes,
Four soaring hawks,
Three snowy inches,
Two big cornstalks,
And a long stick from a nearby tree."

Many thanks to Paulie and jicaji for the 10th and 11th day lyrics.
Since today is the 12th Day of Christmas, I'll finish up with this:

"On the twelfth day of Christmas
My true love brought to me,
Twelve donations, nest restorations, and cameras from RRP,
Eleven extra nest twigs,
Ten bunches of grass,
Nine starlings perching,
Eight running squirrels,
Seven excited birders,
Six scampering nest mice,
Five little fishes,
Four soaring hawks,
Three snowy inches,
Two big cornstalks,
And a long stick from a nearby tree."

Thanks and Happy New Year to All of the Cheers posters and readers.
