Beakers

Morning E4E  :)

karen - I bet you and TA had a nice visit, and enjoyed your milkshake.

tsk - I love your lil morning greetings, so colorful.  Where do you find those?  We had a nice rain last night, too.  The high for today is 64.  I have turned off AC, and opened all the windows.

clynn - I am dying laughing at your reply to E4E.  I know I have said it before, Jeff wants everything of mine thrown away, but for god sakes, don't throw nothing of his away!
What a pretty Green Heron!

Phyl - Cute morning pic.  Gorgeous Harpy eagle!  Their faces look like they are wearing a mask. Thanks for the links to the SOAR patients!

BL - Enjoy your trip!

Lani - Thank you!   :-*

baz - Waving to ya!!

Pink - We do sound like we like the same kinda movies.  I love Under the Tuscan Sun, watched it many times.  :D  Continued prayers for Mama!

bounce

BL... absolute poetry  :)

Time to bring up the "fishing stuff" box (includes the 1950s tupperware salt/pepper/sugar), rods, vests; and bring down the rolling duffle. I use the packing skills learned from my Mom to reduce the number of items we need to drag down all those steps to the cabin ("pack something inside that"). Oh, and "grab an extra packet of ketchup, we can pack that more easily". LOL.

That big smile on Reggae's face.  Loving his new digs.  Celine needs to come by for a visit.  ;D

It is alarming how many orphaned baby sloths they get.

YRK arrived about an hour later.       https://twitter.com/i/status/1529049817569144833

Peep, sorry  :( ... thanks for Reggae update pics  :-*

Oldguy, Happy birthday Maru! You don't look a day over 10 ;D

{{{Karen}}} Yum, Vanilla shake and visit with TA.... I can tell you are feeling better and better each day!  :-*

Clynn, Makalapa was near Pearl Harbor Makalapa gate, but it was not a naval housing for dependents. It was a small Hawaiian village made up of many nationalities. Our little home had a sign on it that designated it as a house to be demolished, like all the others. I forgot what was written on the orange/black paper after all these years. My mother was not married to my step father, at that time the Navy didn't recognize mix-race marriage until 1960. Also, I didn't live full time with my mother until I was 7. I lived with my mother's parents from toddler age till then. My grandparents was my touchstone/heart throughout my young years. I moved in with my mother when she needed help with my baby brother. He was such a joy in my life, then followed by my sweet sister. They were my responsibilities.  :-* ... Ed's mole hole  ;D

Phyl, thanks for SOARS update... Happy to see Colfax eagle was able to be released!  ;D ... Harpy Eagles are majestic creatures.

BL, enjoy your little bit of heaven.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8Ojjn35kP8

Wow Lani!  What a story.  Compiling the info you've given us....your grandparents gave you a humongous heart and I love you all the more for it.  And as a white male jarhead, I apologize for my race.  Why did you end up at the University of Kansas?  I don't apologize for being a Cyclone fan!  ;) :)
