Hi Beakers just checking in... been having isp trouble for a couple weeks now, still not fixed because it's intermittent.  Not happy about that... anyway Destini got her hair cut and nails done and has been hiding under my covers so I can never find her  ;) i put out an orange and the next morning an Oriole visited and yesterday i put out the hummer feeder (always around mothers day) and my first hummer visited!!!    i don't even know if Zooey and Newmans little ones hatched due to ISP issues :-\  Trying to check in here from cell but it charges for data.  Going to see if any other ISP'S are in my remote area... they probably have the same issues too  ::)
Take care and i miss you all so much... I will be back everyday when all this is fixed plus i got another new laptop MSI E13 Summit, i am trying to decide if I want Windows 10 pro on it before setting it up and of course the ISP to be working...
SED'S, Be safe and Goodnight to all the wonderful beakers Lani, Tig, Clynn, Tsk, MpMom, Oldguy, Lisa, E4E, KB, Bazi, pink, Blschue, T40, Lilbro,  Nora, Phyliz, EBURG, Karen, Weasel, Maxie, Peep, Puff, Ssrl, Mass, Ezee, Jilltosa, Godiva, Ginger, Oma, Lindy, Nanimal, Emyrauld, Nrstooge, BrokenLug, Ruby, Paulie, Jaspurr, F22Raptor, the Cheers group, TXNINJA & ALL of you special eagle lovers!

OMG i just saw Clynns post about the GSB babies!!!  i should have texted you, it's been crazy here trying to fix everything.  Thanks Clynn  ;D

Lori, ick on your ISP troubles!! Pooh on them! GREAT PICS of your Oriole, Hummingbird, and of course, Destini! :) :-* She's staying warm under the covers with a new "do" she isn't showing.  ;) :D Hang in there! Yay for your new computer!  :D

Phyl, "intricate family"??  I don't follow... I have a niece and a nephew who are brother and sister. They used to be little kids, and now they are all grown up, and both have kids of their own. Not sure what's intricate. LOL.

Hi to All the Beakers!  Happy Day!  :)

Good afternoon Beakers! I have been to another nursery with Vicky and Joni across the street! Spent another $50. I got Ed tomato plants
and some herbs. I got several annuals and a clematis!  80 right now with a light breeze...a perfect day!  86 tomorrow, 69 for Sunday.  I think I will
work on plants Sunday, after we have brunch at the Machine Shed with Erin & family!

Lisa, I talked to karen a little while ago, Vicky (the vet) was there with TA. Mickey sent me a picture of this tiny kitten Vicky's
husband found all by itself near the road. Of course, they are keeping him, and have named him Patterson. Vicky thinks he is about 2 weeks old.
Karen has been sitting up a little bit more each day, slow progress but progress none the less! Micky is going back to Springfield tomorrow.

Peeps, good to see Willie! Hope Millie will cruise on in soon!

baz, so I won't picture you in your jammies in the afternoon now!

tsk, the history of the entire world is filled with things we could never imagine... I have always wondered how anyone could get on a wooden
ship and sail off to the unknown, of how the pioneers could pack up a wagon and head out west, again to the unknown. Were people much braver
back then than they are today? They must have been...

Lani, love the Bear report, and like tsk, I think it is so very obvious that Lynn loves his world at NABC. I hope there is someone to follow in his
footsteps...  Ted is pretty hefty!  And that weight is after hibernating all winter!  WOW! Okay, I didn't notice the Twitter tab on the Hellgate cam, I clicked
on it and now I see the twitter chat!  Thanks!

tsk - LOL, your grocery list story sounds like my day!  We went to Walmart...had a big list, but left it at home.  ::)  What a pretty name for Barb's new grandbaby.

Lani - I am glad you are feeling better, but please do take it easy.  You sounds like you have alot of work to do.  Thanks for the bear study update.

Phyl - Thanks for the history on Jamestown, VA

Peep - Awww, lil Katy!

clynn - Thanks for the update on karen.  Glad to hear that she has been sitting up more and more each day.  Awww, look at the kitty.  The Machine Shed...need to look that up.  :)  Beautiful pic of the wolves.

I am a lil tired tonight, so going to bed early.

Have a good night, everyone

CLYNN   Wow to find that tiny kitten is a miracle in itself.  God bless Vicki.  She will give it professional care.  Will Mickey come back or is that it - KAREN must be over the hump?  I forget how many weeks it has been.  Agree about "back then".  but that's all they - early settlers -  knew was the unknown.  Hard to say how I would do as I can't erase my life and start over.  Cool wolves pose  ;)

Good Evening Beakers

It has been a busy day here - the rain that was to be here this afternoon disappeared before it got here. - mostly sunny and high of 88 - down to 69 now.  Sunny for Sat. and 60% chance of rain for Sunday.

Had phone calls this morning - rescheduled a doctor visit (doctor changed his office day for the month of July) and a lengthy call with the Estate Attorney getting a list of documents he needs before starting to closing the Estate this summer.  Did some grocery shopping and spent time at the storage unit sorting out old (20-30 years old) files into trash and recycling.  She had boxes and boxes of paper work, books, handouts, class participants bios for Parish Nursing classes that she taught for 15 years.  I only made it thru 4 boxes...  Then spent the evening organizing the Estate papers to take to a copy center tomorrow to ship to the lawyer - almost 200 pages at this time.

I see that I missed all of the storm excitement last evening in Minn. - glad that the worst of it past around the Twin Cities, but West Central Minn got hammered - saw video today from a farmer that had 115mph winds take out buildings and damage equipment in a large area.  Last year he completed his crop planting on March 10 - this year he has not made it into the fields with a planter yet - too cold and wet, frost still in the ground in some areas.

Working 9-3 for Sat and Sunday, with great gardening weather - it will be a mob in the garden center...

SE Iowa - Grew up within 40 miles of Decorah

Phyl, thanks for the history of Jamestown, I sent it on to Mike.

Peep, Love Katy's eyes, she's is precious  ;D

Clynn, poor sweet kitty, is that Karen holding the kitten? Glad to hear she's sitting up more each day.... I pray she'll be able to return home with TA someday soon. Will Mickey return when Karen is able to return home.... You'll have lots of fun planting to do.

Phyl, sweet good night pic
