Lisa - cool you know someone out at the SWFL nest to help answer my question about the farm and horsy's....
Thank you...look forward to hearing about them.

Honey crisp apples here at Lunds/Byerlys have been 4.99 per apple..that' right, not per pound/per apple.
A favorite here too, but am recently going to try the Raven?..something like that...also a MN apple

kb, I just checked the SWFL FB page, one of the posters said the horses are all fine!

Harriet and M15 are starting the rebuild...

Hi Beakers  :)

Phyl - Hope Jim has a good night sleep and does well at work tomorrow. At least his work folks will watch out for him and make sure he does not overdo.   Thanks for posting Robin Brumm!
Tsk - You and Tim will know when the time is right to bring in a new furry member of your family. Take care and take time to heal.  :-*
Puff - Like the story of the moose swimming near the cruise ship!
Jaspurr - You are a busy girl! Bet your decorations are so cute.  How exciting that you will be getting new blinds for your windows!
Lori - Love the gifs/vids!
Tsk - Yes - we really enjoyed our Grandson's football game.  They won by a huge margin.  It is so fun too because we see extended family out there and we all chat and talk and have a great time.  I bet your applesauce is out-of-this-world delicious!!   Great that Barb's home has power now!
Kb - Sounds like you get quite a work out when it is bath time for Ollie! Glad that Chris helps! I can't imagine if you tried to do it by yourself!  Of course, Ollie can't say, but I bet he feels so good after his bath!
Hi LisaG - How is Jeff doing these days?  Yumm - I bet your ham & bean soup is so delicious!
Peep - Lots of great pics!
Tig - Glad you are feeling much better and enjoyed going to the apple farm!
Clynn - Glad to know the SWFL area horses are ok!

Hubby & I are heading out of town tomorrow for a few days to celebrate my Sept. birthday & retirement! My son will be staying here and taking care of our little Star.  He gives her a lot of TLC.  ;D   So I may not be posting as often.

Phyl, thank you for sharing your photos/info about the exhibit with us. The armor/skirts for the knight and his horse has been kept in pristine shape. Amazing workmanship. I would have enjoyed the exhibit too.... prayers for Jim....

Puff, fun cruise story  ;D

Clynn, Fall has arrived, we've had gorgeous weather, it's expecting to rain tomorrow. Aly returned home tonight. She did great job driving a truck/van with her things. I told her, if she can drive that she can drive an RV!  ;D ... Thank you for update on CROW! Heartbreaking to see the surrounding area, happy for them that their buildings remain standing.... Love the knitted pumpkins  ;D ... great pics of Harriet/M15 rebuilding their nest. Harriet will have a lot to say about that. I can see her yapping at M15! LOL! I'm so glad to hear the horses are okay.  :-*

Kb, fantastic capture of the eagle.... thanks for great news about Harriet/M15 rebuilding their nest. Life goes on  :-*

Lori, fun gifs/pics of Gabrielle/Samson, beautiful pair.

Eagles, Congratulations on your grandson's win!  ;D .... I've hit the X too, especially when I'm tired  :-\  ... Safe travels and have a lovely trip!!!  ;D :-*

Tsk, Yummy fall smells at your home. Homemade applesauce is the best! Good news for Barb... {{{Tim and Tsk }}}

Peep, Who are the jungle time kids? Cute pics of Geo...  {{{Reggae  :'( }}} ... Here comes the Seals  ;D

Lisa, How's your wildlife cam? Any action?  :)  We should get one, the coyotes have been hanging around our street all summer, causing Sadie to lose her mind.  ::)

Tig, Glad you felt better today... sounds like a fun day at the Apple Farm.

Jaspurr, 8 chicks left out of 25 to fledge, and 13 Adult Albatross has returned to either breed or hope to breed 22/23 season.

Good Morning Beakers...Happy Munday.

Currently: 53F  and  clear.    Our forecast for the day:  high of 79 F and sunny  and a nighttime low of 47F   .

Been hearing alot about Honey Crisp apples. Don't think I've seen them here. Must check

Lani your pooch last night was too funny ; luv it's PJs. Glad Aly is back home. Driving a truck, driving an RV. I'd say she could.   ;)

Eagles safe journey for you both. I do hope Jim will be fine. He paces himself, still I get concerned

Clynn Hurrah!  Harriet and M15  are rebuilding. And, more good news from SWFL FB the horses are okay.  ;)  Thanks

Tig  glad you're feeling better.  And, another kitchen smelling yummie. ;)

BL wind surfing would be loads of fun. But not in a house like that.  :o

Good Morning Beakers

BrokenLug - Are you camping in NC?

Lani - Hoping and praying that all goes well with Mike's MRI today.  Haven't see the skunks lately (knock on wood), same ole cats, but a new back one has come now and then.  Poor Sadie with the coyotes, but it would be cool to see them on a trail cam.

E4E - Mmmm, yes the ham & bean soup was so good! And to think, I got the recipe off the back of the bag.  ;D  Enjoy your get-away!

clynn - Thanks for finding out the info about the horses for kb.  I still haven't heard back from my SWFL friend.  She is one who was affected by the storm, and is still without power & water.  She gets on Facebook from her cell just for a short time.

Phyl - Loved that post and pics from Robin.  Hope it is a good season for both couples!  My MIL always made a big pot of homemade Sloppy Joe's on Halloween.  All the kids with their kids would show up after work, eat and then take the kids out trick-or-treating in their subdivision.  I miss that.

Local new apple?  Noone /nowhere else talking about it  PHYL - Does anyone else have the Crimson Crisp.  Still a firm apple but a bit sweeter than the honey crisp.
I went out last Sunday to an orchard about an hour away and got 5 half pecks of apples.  Yummy when fresh!

Forgot to mention - 39 here this morning.  Nippy.
