Jaspurr, I sent you a notecard. You didn't get it? I am so sorry to tell you, Reggae died having a congenital heart defect they did not know about. There was nothing that could have been done. Watch the update video with the vet:

Adorable Geo! With 6 babies, they haven't had time to post all of their stories.

Some seals are loafing on shore, but pupping starts in December.   :)

PEEP, I have been keeping an eye out for your note but I think it must have been placed in the wrong mail box.  We have a new mailman and I have been getting other neighbors mail.  Now I wish I hadn't ask the question.  Another sweet soul at the rainbow bridge,  :'( :'(. I couldn't watch the video,  PEEP.

KB    LOLOL   Well it was a challenge to bathe Ollie but he still loves you both   ;) ;)

PEEPS   I told him if he came home with a cat I would leave him  ::)  ;D ;D ;) ;)    Hey - cool pics of the jungle gym.  Not sure if we've seen that before.  Such a cute/funny face on the grey seal  :D

LISA    LOL  See the post to Peeps.  Applesauce is a labor of love - peeling all the apples (16) and chopping up.  Then it all boils down to 3 small containers.  I froze 2.  I will get more before the farmer's market closes at the end of the  month.

Read the posts at the SWFL raptor resource page and see as some have posted here that Harriet and M15 have started rebuilding their nest.

The video captured of these two before the storm is amazing: they were talking to each other I assume about it's time to leave plan!
I've seen this many times off my water tower....I know when the weather is becoming inclement just by watching my pair.

My question is does anyone know if the horses were moved off the Pritchett property or are okay? They were out in the pasture just before the storm on video.

bounce

My slight fever finally broke after a nap last night at 11. Rested today and then we went to the apple farm and had apple bratwurst and shared a hard cider. I explained to Camper what "hard" meant (at 5.5%) in this case, so he stopped drinking it since he was driving, which meant about 20 oz. for me! Yum. We got 5 lbs. of honey crisp apples and assorted coolies, turnover and donut. I'm baking their frozen apple pie now.

jaspurr - I told Peep I couldn't watch the video either.  As soon as Leslie started crying, I started crying!

Peep - Aww, Geo and, that grey seal pup is adorable!

tsk - Read your comment to Peep  :D  ((Tim))  Wow, the applesauce does seem like alot of work, but I bet it is yummy!  Good news for Barb's condo!

kb - I have a Facebook friend who is one of the photographers for SWFL.  I will ask her about the horses.  I know she has been out to the nest, she might have even been out there today.

((tig))

Have a good night, everyone!

Jaspurr, as I told Lisa and others, the video explains the condition and how nothing could help him. This wasn't posted in writing on the web site.

I wish they would give some more background stories of the newer babies. I am having a hard time keeping them straight.  ::) It is either Joel or Benji that has a bandaged arm and I wonder what happened.

TSK, seriously?   :o.

TIG, the hard cider should help you sleep tonight.  Honey Crisp is one of my favorites right behind Staymen.  Love crunch apples.

LISA, how was the ham and bean soup? I am going tp make Potato/Cheddar tomorrow.  I know that Leslie was crying when talking about her father dying which is understandable but when she started crying again at the mention of Reggae, I lost it.

Lisa cute AM today.  Some good news for your coworker's daughter.

Lori enjoyed  moose/bear gif from Katmai

Tsk the traffic coming home was as bad as going there.  I'd luv to be in your house when your cooking. Do you allow  tasters with spoons in the kitchen? LOL   Waiting untill Halloween for chili season. It's colder and a tradition of sorts. As, when I was growing up, Mom always made chili on Halloween night as it was easier to serve and not a big deal to leave to anwser the doorbell.   I just kept liked doing it. We luv chili.   Nice Autumn gif this AM. {{Tim}}

Clynn really like your Ukraine this AM  ;) Knitted pumpkins are so festive for October.   Glad you enjoyed my post. The Frist use to be the city's postoffice.  Jim's gotta turn in about 9pm for 6AM. Very nice weather   in your neck of the woods.  ;)
CROW, awesome it's still in one piece. Guess it was up to code  ;)

Kb Scott Johnson bald eagle photo. ;)

Lori LOL Gabby/Samson as 'The Beakersons'

Eagles Oh gosh! Loosing a post  >:(  That happened to me two nights ago with that huge long post .  I had to start over. Luckily, I have a purdy good memory. But still it was late when I finished.  I bet your Grandson's game will be exciting. Here's to a victory.

Tsk
power on for Barb and all.   ;)

Tig    ;)  fever is gone .
