Good Morning Beakers! Good morning Phyl, Lisa, Peeps, tsk & Lani!

Phyl, very impressive displays at the museum! I always loved that era, King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Camelot, Sir Lancelot and Guinevere ... You have a beautiful museum there in Nashville!  Glad to hear that Jim can go back to work and it sounds like they will keep a good watch on him there. He is lucky they think so much of him there, they won't let him over do! Will get to 76 here today, the next several days will be just perfect!

Lisa, cute good morning pic! Glad all of your peeps in Florida are safe...

Lani,
hope Mike's MRI shows something than can be helped! Are your days cooling off in Payson? It's been perfect here! Hugs to all!

Peeps, Puma is a pretty cat! Glad to hear your friend is okay, Pine Island took a hard hit...  I loved the Happy Caturday Tweet you posted, lovely music and sweet kitty kisses...

Lori, love the video of the moose and the bears...LOLOL! I could almost hear them...what the heck???

tsk, I agree with Tim...maybe a trip to the shelter today?  ::)

Yesterday, via aerial footage, we were able to see CROW's Visitor Education Center, Hospital, and Student Housing buildings were still standing!  We have not yet been able to assess the extent of the damages to our buildings or enclosures, but the fact structures remain gives us hope. Amongst this relieving news, we are heartbroken for our community partners and neighbors who may have lost everything.

Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away. ~ Unknown

Picture of bears watching moose reminded me of incidence while in Alaska where I was the watchee.

Small cruise boat, about 100 passengers, cruising down a channel of the inside  passage.  It started out during dinner time - dinner delayed because of call "moose".  All meals got cold as everyone scurried out to the deck to watch a female sloooooly swim past the bow to the shore on the other side.  She'd swim than look up at us then swim then look then swim - she seemed just as curious about us as we were about her.  As one point I glanced up to another deck and there was the ship's chef in his tall white hat also gawking and taking pictures.

She made it to land and strolled into the growth - we all went back to cold food.

Scott Johnson took this amazing photo near Zimmerman MN!

Not bad for a Sunday early morning: Coffee, jacuzzi, and now watching the Vikings play the Saints!
Not a fan of London place for play, but it is what it is and with the time change an early game.

Bath day outside for Ollie man....not fun for anyone but gotta do it!..luckily with only one coat he doesn't need that grooming routine and only 3-4 baths a year is required.
Can't lift him in the indoor laundry tub safely anymore...so outside with the warm water from inside in 5 gallon buckets... :)

Good morning Beakers,  busy rearranging furniture and things because I am having new window blinds measured on Tuesday.  Also pulling out and setting up Halloween decorations.  Need to get rid of some of these decorations.  I have been collecting for almost 30 years.

PUFF, do you think that maybe your ship was just in the way of the moose? LOL Cute reaction of the cubbies in moose bear photo.  I think the moose was moving fast because he didn't want to be chased by an angry mother bear with cubs.

CLYNN"S pictures of SOAR reminded me of a video I saw yesterday regarding the pets and animals caught in IAN.  I will go back and find and post.  They are trying to relocate the animals currently in FL shelters to other parts of the US.  They want to make room for the influx of pets and animals they will be getting from IAN.  PEEP, I think that MI was one of the states accepting the relocated animals.  TSK, if IL is accepting these animals from FL, this may be a good time for Tim to check local shelters for a new cat.

Good morning/afternoon Beakers!

I was on here early this morning from about 6:15-7am, and right after I previewed, I accidentally clicked on the 'X' instead of clicking on Post.  So now I'm going to compose again. :-[

Hi Baz, Tig, T40, Bl, Pink, Jaspurr, Blschue, Peep, Weasel  :)

Kb - Good news on your friend's house being ok in Bonita Springs. Have a nice walk with Ollie!
Clynn - That is discouraging news on Karen. Sorry to hear that it looks like she won't be going home. Do you know what ever happened to TA?
Puff - Good news that Tony's son Tony's house is ok and that they are going to help others.
Phyl - Glad you had a wonderful day at the museum. Great pics!!
Tsk - Bet your house smells good with the eucalyptus!  Glad Barb's house in Naples was ok. Too bad about her car, but good she is filing a claim already.
Lori - Like the falcon vid/pics.  Love the Katmai vid of moose running!
LisaG - Glad your Mom is doing good.  :)  Good news for Jeff's cousin who had moved to Punta Gorda and that their home will be ok. Feel so bad for everyone affected.
Oldguy - Hope you had a great card game last night  ;)
Lani - Good luck to Mike with his MRI tomorrow.  Hugs to all of you.

We are getting ready to head over to a nearby town to see our Grandson's football game.  All beakers have a nice Sunday  :)

CLYNN  Love those knitted pumpkins  :)  Tim found two adult cats that looked like Lucy  ::) ::)  I guess that is the way he gets through it. WOW  Thanks for the update on CROW.  So hard to believe any building is still standing  :o :o  Must have been built with the newest codes in place.

PUFF    LOL  funny cruise/moose story  ;D

KB  How in the heck do you get eagle shots like Scott Johnson did  :o :o  I'm sure Ollie will enjoy the attention  ;) ;)

JASPURR   If I were in the market for a new cat - you bet I'd be investigating.

LORI   Thanks for the NEFL nest couple update

EAGLES  Enjoy the game and family day.

My house smells yummy - Just made a pot of applesauce from Farmer's market apples I got yesterday .  Chili is on tap for later this week  ;D

Yes Jaspurr....he's a keeper me thinks..he's always around now and Nancy let's him move sticks around..
They name the eagles at this nest so waiting to see what they name him. Cams come back up live in Mid November I think....

tsk - ugg...na he hates the bath...I wish he loved the attention though!..Chris held him buy a tie up out back while I did the work....somehow Ollie manged to break the tie out...we were mostly done and captured him inside the screened porch to dry him....mostly....I see the wink wink though so assume you are conflicted about this job! ;) ;) and attention.

Afternoon Puff  :)

Peep - We noticed some of the leaves changing colors here when we were driving back from Walmart on Friday.  The colors are so pretty.

jaspurr - Another rain day for you, too?

E4E - Sorry about hitting that darn X.  Have fun at your grandson's football game.  :)

Lori - Thanks for the NEFL gifs.  Looks like Samson & Gabby are getting down to business with their nestorations.

kb - Awesome pic from Scott Johnson

clynn - Love those morning pumpkins!  Wow, that pic from CROW, thank goodness their buildings were still standing.  Hope there is no structural damage to them.

tsk - Love the pretty morning greeting.  Yea, I think it may be a lil while before she can return home.  :-\  Are you going to be getting two new kitties?

Phyl - Oh, I think I would have enjoyed that exhibit, too!

WOW PEEP, what a set up for the sloths.  Looks like fun.  Any sightings of Reggae.  When will the seals be coming ashore?

LISA, raining all day.  Good day for indoor chores.  Fall is my favorite season.  The rain may help with the changing of color on the trees.
