Yes, COVID shot. Arm sore, of course. Feeling a little out of it but that might be due to taking a melatonin pill.
Some showers here, good for the grass seed. I'll just hunker down and watch the Gopher homecoming game.

Puff, we have a small box of cat toys sitting on the condo platform, Honey likes to dig through her toy box and pick out something to play with.  She loves to chase balls and will pick up misc things to carry around. And she is the one who knocks everything onto the floor, so she can play with it! Harley is a big lazy cat! You will still find some of those fluffy balls, I bet.  The memories of all my other cats through the years are sweet memories and I am glad for them. I still tear up thinking of Bogey, and he was gone in 2000. They become a part of us...

Good news from NEFL eagle nest.  The cam in back live.  Gabby and Sampson were both seen on the cam sitting in the nest tree.  NO damage to the nest.

Harriet and M surveying the damage to their home just like so many Floridians.  CLYNN, thank you for the information.  At least we know they are safe.

Reed Timmer looking at damage on Pine Island. So much devastation.  Where does one start the clean up.  The stories of survivors from Sanibel Island are terrifying.  Many of the people interviewed were elderly or stayed behind because of their pets.  One family managed to live through the hurricane only to find out that the neighbor across the street died.  Although, the Coast Guard is ordering survivors to leave the island, some are refusing to go.

Problem solving: well, the generator has been outside all night with the shop closed up tight.
No gasoline smell inside the shop.
Must be the generator.
I'll put it back inside, close it up and once again and see if the smell comes back. If so, will have to have the guy, Glen, who repaired it this spring for me come out and determine reason...

clynn - Love your morning Caturday greeting, so colorful.  The pharmacist said I could get that too, even tho I wasn't 65, because I was diabetic.  I am definitely not gonna get it and the 2nd shingle shot at the same time, tho.  Yay for H & M's return to the nest tree!!!  That is a good nut deal!

KB, I got distracted a forgot to mention your picture of pink flamingos from Mount Kilimanjaro.  It reminded me of my all time favorite movie, "Out of Africa".  The scene where Redford and Streep fly the biplane over a flock of pink flamingos.
