7.30 am Oct 10
Our new Mom2b and Dad2b both in nest.
They are GORGEOUS! One has traces of black on her tail indicating 5 or 6 year old bird. This is exciting!

Great pics, shep

The one that has the brown marking on the tail is HD, as I remember those were there before the cam shut off for maintenance.

How nice to see HM and HD on N1 this AM.   :)

I like the views from the new camera 'looking in on' N1.
I can't figure out exactly which tree RRP put it in however.
"However, we added a camera on another tree in the area".

It looks to be higher than the nest and other cameras and between the N1 nest tree and the road bridge.
When looking at N1 you can see the wires that cross over Trout Creek, so we're looking upstream (west) towards the river bluffs.

I'm also not sure why all the cameras we are looking at are pixelated ?
Are we not suppose to know they are there or is it just for aesthetics's, copyright, etc ?

If this is some new system wide camera setting turn it off.
It is very annoying.
IMHO.

Thanks Lisa
But Mom n Dad is all I can remember.
I cant deal with designations

Their beauty leaves me breathless.
Seeing them lying in the nest is so hopeful.
This will likely be the FIRST BROOD for one of them.
Should be interesting.

HM sure looked like she wanted to get frisky a few times this morning.  Love is in the air, I guess!  :-*

I am amazed at the clarity of the pictures, thank you to those who installed them and those who posted them! And so exciting to see the nest in use already by the eagles. What a fine day!

Beautiful pics and wonderful to see HD & HM working on their nest, N1.

Do we have a name for the curved branch just beyond the nest?  See pic of them sitting together.

Earlier this afternoon, BE was spotted in the bluffs.  Looks like HM to me.  They perched for a while, and then headed out soaring.  This evening, the pair was spotted in the creek.

HD-HM ?
Why is Trout Creek above Trout Run so low ?
I don't know ?

Just take a bath while I keep an eye out
