Good catches, Lisa!  Tulsa posted a video at the Decorah chat.  There's even a long-distance view of the location where DM2 was perching. Would be same on the rewind since it is today's feed.  Couple similar pics from me.  Great to see them out and about.

These are great Lisa !
Luv 'em.

Tonight PBS Nova had a episode called 'Eagle Power'.  Which, in addition to info on all things eagle and the breeds,  talked about the Decorah hatchery nest SOAR and the Sauces nest in the channel island. Jim thought I was nutz ...the way I called the locations and nests names, etc. LOL

Morning pics from Decorah - DM2 on the Y, Mom on M2, Mom & DM2 perched in a tree together below bluff, and looks like Mom perched in a tree waiting out the snow.

Love that Mom dines at N1. I think that ups the chances of seeing fledglings there next spring. Talons crossed.

T40 - Wouldn't that be great if she would bring the fledglings to N1 in the Spring?!

Thanks for the info on our traveling D's!

Sure looks like D27 will pick a nest close to "home."
