Busy time at the North's valley. The DNs can fly from the "picnic table" dead log under the nest on the south side all the way to the creek trees in one hop. They seem to favor DN12's tree, which has large, low-hanging, dead limbs, for easy landings. About noon, DNF was on that limb while a parade of cattle passed by, right under her feet! One even stopped to rub on the tree trunk. DN15 landed with DNF right after the parade; he must have been on the ground maybe on the near side of the creek.
Fish delivery from MrN to DN16 at the picnic table about 12:30, followed by DN15. Did both get some of the fish?
Later this afternoon, I got pics of each of them taking off for the DN12's tree branch where they perched together for a while.
