STLbf oh these are great.
When we moved into our current home we had heard behind the house for a few months. But, alas, the Stag moved the young bucks and doe to another location.
However, there were four does that returned and remained with us for 10 years. All had their fawns behind our willow tree. Then gradually one by one they left until the original doe was left she was old by then. Occassionally I would see her shadow in the moonlight always grazing after midnight. Over time she would retun to graze. Then no more. I just hope crossing the high way wasn't too hazardous as it wasn't a new road and less traveled. And, that her good sense kept her away.

Anyway, I love it when folks capture the surrounding wildlife that our wonderful bald eagles live with. Thank you.
