Today the last male was going crazy,
he tried to leap back into nestbox from outer perch cam left
he didnt make it, fell inbetween, tried to grab that cement crack and hang on 
but dropped

He was ready.  I am sure they are all fine

Sibling came down from roof. I dunno when he flew up there
He said - lose the pounds and join us down there!

The fat girl still looks too clumsy to even perch let alone fledge

The femae flew from left perch across box to right perch and flapped a little
The male left her

Girl is alone
Male spent the night June 22-23 then left very early

GONE AT LAST

5 am Girl jumped to outer perch, kept losing her footing
She went to outside perch cam left,
spread her wings - and flew to the left

I gotta say she sure did NOT look ready
