DAWN - BOTH juvies outside
Must be a ledge outside on both sides
I watched them live
First male (?) exited on RIGHT side
Female exited on LEFT
I expect they'll return

LAST NITE

5.30 pm and neither had returned yet
6 pm Dad shows up with bird, no one in box, he begins to peek around the side and one of the juvies *GRABBED!* it.  hahahahaa - no pic of that

This morning I checked DVR and both crawled around corner back into box after I went offline

The RETURN

BOTH juvies outside all day, came in before dark
The female came in first and laid in wait for male
When he came in, first he stepped on her then he kissed her. 

The first fledge apparantly spent the night with these 2
He was on the outer perch
NONE of the 3 is that steady on the beams
Could there be a roof they are jumping down to?  Was #1 down there all along?

Anyway - all 3 doing well

I scanned DVR about 3 pm - only Mom seen on cam 

HAPPY 4th everyone

Dawn - Fierce wind

#1 stumbles out onto extended perch and flaps wildly
The wind so strong it tried to blow him backward
He hung on - just barely - did he even hang on with his beek?

#2 exits stage right - hopping onto ledge there

#3 still snoozin

They crawl out from behind both sides of box late evening
And leave at the CRACK of dawn

I wish Amy'd post banding reports on this forum

Dawn I didnt see anyone.
Either they have fledged or are spending the night on outside ledge.
In this final pic you see 2 juvies.
One has been wind sailing - wings out, drinking the breeze
The near one jumped and flew off strongly - clearly fledged

They are banded

Yesterday during the day the female scraped
No sign of juvies
