After hearing him for several days, SE17 has been located in the reserve, this morning. Judy has seen him being harassed currawongs. Appears to be in good health.

pera, thank you for posting the updates here about 17.  The last one is really brief - would've been good if that SS post had said if 17 was found apparently well.  Way too terse for my nerves.  Maybe we'll get more news soon.  I'm just getting back into Forum this evening since before Thanksgiving, so I am touching base in threads just briefly now and will have to dig deeper for info later.  Thanks again, and I hope we get word that Judy found SE17 alive and acting normal.

pera, thank you for sharing that info.  :)   I'm not a FB member, so I can't see the pics you posted the link to on that private FB page you mentioned in your post.  It's nice to get a status update on SE17, and it sounds like he si faring successfully so far.  Yay for SE17!   :-* :-* :-*  Hopefully Lady and Dad are still giving SE17 some "grad school (post-fledge) WBSE lessons" away from the nest.   :D :D   Just as an aside, I wonder if someone who does have a FB membership who has access to that private FB page that Judy and Cathy posted their pics on might post a comment asking them if they might be able to share their pics of SE17 on the official public FB page for that nest/WBSE so followers who aren't FB members can see them too?
