 :)  GREAT BIG PIP - not hatch - yet!  BUT CLOSER TO HATCH!  :D  (Sydney nest time is 15 hours ahead of Iowa/Central Daylight Time in the U.S. (or 14 hrs ahead of U.S. Eastern Daylight Time  ;) )

Hi WW JW and Lani!  So exciting!  There's a bigger pip and a big dent of more shell next to the pip hole - so hope that will break apart soon at that spot.  I tried to capture that just now in this s'cap.  ;)

I had to step away from my computer and just came back as Mum was settling back down.  There is a GIANT crack in the egg!  I couldn't capture a pic before she sat down again.  Drat.  Wow!  Maybe we will see a hatchling here very soon!   :) :-*

 :) I think I must have seen a piece of grass instead of a big crack.  LOL.  Sorry for the false alarm.  At least I didn't see a large crack just now when Mum gave us a peek at the egglet.  :D

LOL Mp!  Did you see my update on "the crack"?  Not!  LOL!  The "dent" is bigger though!  :D :D  Looks like we got just about the same s'cap there.  The morning cacophony begins at the nest.  Love hearing Mum making her calls, and I think I hear replies.  :)
