Yep, and I also believe they just don't care...remember the Lori quote: Paraphrasing here: We have so many eagles we can't justify doing something about it..

Yes, I do remember! I also sent all of the RRP plans for safeguarding to Lori & the energy co. I guess it was to much for them to handle. Decorah did it but no one else can >:( >:(
I do understand wires are a different story :(
