Looking forward to an annual fishing trip on the Mississippi around Wabasha at the end of April. Been going there since the 70’s. Been amazing to watch the comeback of the eagles. As a kid, I never saw any in the area. Now I don’t think I can look around while out on the water without seeing an eagle. Seems like every year I spot a new nest as well.

Sounds like a fun fishing and "viewing" trip Raleigh.  I was amazed at the amount of eagles down that way when I took a trip to the National Eagle Center a few years back. Beautiful area. I'll have to go again.

Catching fish is just a bonus. It’s really become more of an eagle viewing trip. I have a room in the house dedicated to all the eagle photos I’ve taken through the years. My wife is always asking me why I take so many pictures of the eagles. I told her it’s impossible for me to have an eagle in a tree watching me fish, and not take a picture 😀

The Eagle Center has expanded into the building across the street. Always worth the trip. Great photo MpMom.

MpMom - I'm reading with a pic provided on Friends of MN nongame fb page site, one of the eggs broke.
Have you seen it?...something about it was stuck on Dad last night I think and so I don't know if it broke first or because of...
Our weather has been the worst evah!..
