Intruder??? On RW 18:48ish Audi started to make warning vocals, then Jak responded from close by, 18:49ish Audi went up to cam perch still vocalizing...Jak cam and took over egg duty...They continued to make warning calls and vocalizing...seemed a little intense 18:53-55ish...Audi was still at cam perch...it almost seemed like she was avoiding another birdy from how the cam was shaking..last time Audi and Jak squeed warnings were at 19:03ish... and 19:06ish when Audi took off from cam perch...

I RW to check when Jak arrived and got to observe all the drama....wish we had an OL cam, could've observed what was going on...

All in Chat  and I know that #7 isn't viable...been too long.  I've had that aching feeling for sometime and even said as much. My heart is so sad and heavy. Audacity and Jak are such good eagle parents.
When this pair will give up on #7, I'm not sure.

A blessing in disguise...the last egg broke maybe  due to age and /or  non-viability, sometime  Friday.   Again, from what I can
gather, Chat is confusing, he left the nest and Audi returned discovered the broken egg and devoured what she could and moved the broken pieces off to the side.
Sometimes Jak will be in the nest and other times he'll roost in their favorite tree with Audi.
They are wonderful bald eagle parents and so sad the've lost so many egglets/eaglets. But, they'll return and will have more eggs and eaglets.

Sleep well Sauces family. You're so very loved by all who  know you.
