Karen, baby brother is getting big fast!

My sister kept him at his home while my littlest greatniece and her parents went to Boston. They're home now, but I haven't heard any news from her appointment... maybe I will get an update over the weekend. One of the things I am interested in hearing is her growth. She started on a new special (and ultra-expensive!!!) med that hopefully will help her nutrition absorption increase. But she has already made gains in that department, after she had only been on that new med a couple of months, and they were able to reduce the amount of some of the feeds, so that is a good sign.

My temps are close to yours... was 86 today, I think I heard on the local news tonight, and will be 87 tomorrow, or higher, they said. Then the cold front comes in with rain on Saturday, and Sunday our high may only be 69 or 70, with lows Sunday and Monday night in the upper 40s. Temps will moderate back to more normal for this time of year a few days later. Right now, our normal highs should be mid 70s, and normal lows should be upper 50s, but we have been way warmer than that for the highs and the lows. It's all fine with me. I'm hoping I will get in gear tomorrow and go to the beach since it should be really nice tomorrow for that... might be a last chance to enjoy sitting out in a bathing suit, and getting in the water - which is still fairly warm here at 77 degrees. the big thing is NO tropical storms for now, and not churning up the waters, so hopefully it will be calm. Not that I will swim out there by myself since it's unguarded, but it will be nice to get in and wade a bit if it's calm. How are you feeling? Is the tender spot still tender?
