Good Morning and Happy Caturday !Lots are good Caturday posts today. I've always trimmed my cats claws. There's a special tool for this. And, a certain way to hold kitty's paw.
But, I'know some that use a human fingernail clipper. Temps turned colder last night
Clynn great to see eggs at Berry College nest.
Lisa tks for Bandits heart warming story.
Maggie's story is a cute one as is Mike's. C ats really do choose their humans. I know mine did.

Kb a lot of truth in what Ziggy's humans said. This past fall I worked on a cat rescue. You might remember, "Doc' the deaf kitty. I learned a lot !
Some folks trap strays or ferals and then thinking that they are doing a good deed take them to a municipal animal shelter. Sometimes only to be euthanized leaving the family distressed, heartbroken and grieving ... to adopt another cat/dog. With a lonelycat/dog yearning for it's former family escaping the adopted family and searching for them. A crazy cycle for sure. I also posted a chart about ear tipping of feral cats. And,m that if one sees a ear tipped cat to leave it alone as it belongs to a colony that is protected by charities i.e. Alley Cat Allies who tend these colonies and over see the TNR programs of each state. TNR: Trap, Neuter and RElease. But I believe a stray cat should be fed becasue they are either lost or abandioned. But never, never, ever trap them and drop off at a animal shelter. Unless it's a 'No Kill" Best to post a pic and info on a forum like 'Next Door.com" Okay off soap box. Thanks.
