Lots of in-and-out nest work going most of this morning. Great pics, Lisa & Raleigh.

I got the DNF soaring one with the big stick, too. Then I couldn't find her soaring with stick in brighter sunlight.

The woodpecker was back again.

Lisa, Great pics of DNF and her fish this afternoon.

Some good closeups of DNF at the fish time, 2PM. The feathers on the back of her head look kinda like my bed-head-hair first thing in the morning!

Notice that it's still light at 4PM in Iowa.

Lots of togetherness for the Norths today. Great pics, Lisa.

Long bath time definitely worth watching on the rewind. You'd think the water was warm instead of about 40 degrees! After separate preening, the pair spent an hour or so sitting very close together on the Love Branch, like on a date. DNF seems to be pursuing MrN today.  Good times!   :D
