Love the views of Mom and DM2 perched in the forest at the top of the bluffs to the East of the Retention Pond!
RRP has a map on their website under the Decorah Eagles in the ABOUT THE DECORAH EAGLES section. If you took the blue arrow and pointed it the area of the E & S (a lil more to the S), that would be the bluffs.
I think BrokenLug has a good map of the area too, maybe he will share it.

That's a major goof to me Lisa G.
I made that map years ago and sent it off to Amy.
"If you want to use it to help with
N2 camera view orientation it's RRP's to use".
It showed which way the "default" camera view was looking
from the N2 cam towards the bike path. Poorly.

Light Blue line on the Compass.
ENE.
I didn't even know It was on RRP's website.
Pip and I have been dutifully camera watching the Decorah Eagles for 10 plus years now.
We've always thought since day 1 of viewing these cameras ..
"there is just something magical about this place".The eagles are magnificent of course, the river derived topography is unique, the weather moved by the topography.
The fish hatchery what a long preexisting aquatic bonus.
You know what has made watching it all so very much more special ?
Watching it all with you, newcomers and long time forum members !
To RRP for sharing this great legacy Bald Eagle gift to the world.
Priceless.
