Gorgeous oriole, Lisa. Thanks to the cam ops for every view, close or far.

Could be an eagle sitting in the top of the tree where one is flying away in your early AM post.

It was too far away to see that kind of bird on top the tree, but I think if it were an eagle the cam ops would have zoomed over to it.

Lisa - thanks for all your pix!  It's always wonderful to get glimpses of Mom & hopefully D37, D38 & D39 will be captured by cam as they have their summer school lessons.

TPA - Thanks....it's all the cam ops, but any day is a good day when we see Mom.

We are speculating that Lucky has Mange.  Do the Mange mites affect eagles?  Could this be a reason Mom decided to find a new nest?

tjjtj - Lucky has just started coming around a few months ago.  He does look a lil rough, but all the other squirrels that are coming to the nest have healthy looking coats.

I am going out on a limb here and saying, that is probably not the reason that Mom decided to find a new nest.
