Lisa, thanks for the morning pics.  Crescent moon beautiful in the clear sky, visible at the Flyway and GSB cams, too.
That power line across the view of Mom had me stumped. So it's in the area below the Retention Pond bluffs?  Must search for a longer view.
The cam ops provide such details!

You are correct on the power line.  The cam ops zoomed in and out a few times, so you could see where Mom was perched.

STL -- Here's a pic I snipped yesterday of where Mom was perched that's a bit farther out.  The second pic is from Dec. 26, 2020 and I'm pretty sure it's the same tree.

Ginger - Thanks for the pic.  It sure looks like it could be the same tree.

Hello there, little red fellow on N1.  Several starlings in the back, too.

About the tree IDs, some of us know the trees in Decorah and North valley better than the ones in our own yards!  Well, few of us have eagles perching in our own trees.   ;D

STL - Isn't he a cutie!  I thought he looked like he was smiling when I snapped his pic...  ;D

Three days in a row, Mom has showed up in the morning.  This morning DM2 also showed up, and is perched below her in a tree along the tree line below the bluffs.

Lisa, interesting to see both Mom & DM2 in that tree at the base of the bluffs, just at the edge of the pond field. One high, one low.

Beautiful pictures LISA and STL.  If they are spending a lot of time at the Bluffs at least they are not at N3.  I will get excited when DN2 or MOM  show up with sticks or corn husks to N1 or N2B.  Keeping fingers crossed.
