Awesome early morning catch Lisa !   ;D   8)

LisaG I took the liberty of reporting it to here: https://fireball.amsmeteors.org/members/imo_view/event/2021/6837
That's the same link provided on the Decorah Eagles Chat board. American Meteor Society.

It will show up by Decorah eventually. My report is in the pending section awaiting review.
The little blue human icon on the map will be Broken L.

I also submitted the YouTube video.
I hope Rosieann B, RRP and you don't mind.  :-\

The UTube video link also from the Chat board:

BL - A site to report a FIREBALL?! I love the interwebs. 8)

Top 2 candidates for our mystery fireball: Orionid meteor shower or space debris. From the tail of Halley's comet to jettisoned rocket boosters, we've come a ways from our cave-dwelling ancestors looking up and wondering what that was streaking across the night sky. Not far enough, though, because we're still thrilled and awed by the light show. 8)

Got a notice that Mom and DM2 had shown up at the nest with a fish. Is that true? (NB2)

Morning Ruby  :)

Mom and DM2 did show up at the nest, but not with a fish.  They poked around in the nest and found the one that RRP had left for them.

Pics to follow  :)

DM2 arrived on the nest a lil after 7am, and Mom joined him shortly after.  DM2 gave Mom some love nips while in the nest and they both poked around in the nest, and found the fish that RRP had left for them.  DM2 flew off in the direction on N3, and Mom hopped on the skywalk, where she stayed for a few and then headed over to a tree under the bluffs.  She stayed there for a while, till she headed over to M2 for a few minutes.

Lisa, wonderful pics of Mom and DM2 at the N2B nest this morning!  Thanks to RRP for leaving them a fish, even though it is very dried by now.  My hopes are up that they will choose this nest or N1 for the season.

Looks like Mom in the bluffs. She stayed for a bit, and then headed East towards N3

Thanks to the hatchery for expediting the retention pond work! I'm sure it was key to the eagles' appearance today at N2B. :)
